[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Ltd / Personal Loan — late payment charges

Dear Sir,
have taken a Personal loan A/c LPDEL[protected].in april 07.and paid all emi timely till March08.
Due to unavailibilty of fund ECS for the month April got bounced and as a customer i spoke to the Bank in this regards on 24th April 2008 saying will pay the amount along with late fee after 2nd May 07.
ICICI Bank applied a lean of amount Rs.3993/- on 26th of my balabce became Rs.-3990.
even if i would have deposited the sum in saving account[protected] with defence colony branch ECS will automatically bounce.I got a call from bank regarding payment and i paid the amount along with the late feeon 13thMay2008.Since that time they are charging a late fee without waving off the lean which is still there in my saving account.My only question with all you people along with the bank is why should I pay the late fee for all month which was imposed or being imposed by ICICI BanK Ltd.
And they are not willing to listen anything.Even the collection guy who all are calling they dont have any information about the previous discussions details.simply they are calling me as i am doing a fraud with Bank.I never told the bank that i wont pay the actual amout which i am suppose to.but ya why i will pay the extra amount which is just the result of Bank bad policy.they must make the policy which encourage a customer towards paying the amount not like my case where a person was paying and naw he dont know hwo to resolve thus issue.

Please advise me how to proceed in this regards.

ICICI Bank Ltd / Personal Loan — Need Rescheduling of personal loan EMI

Dear Sir,
I (Ravindder Rathore), have taken the personal loan from ICICI Bank Ltd., Due to Present situation or recession, i am having problem of job means not getting the continuous job. Due to this i am not able to pay the EMI of Rs. 8990 to ICICI Bank. i do not want a defalter and try to contact them for rescheduleing the my present loan to increase the my tennure. So, that i can continue to pay my EMI... But Bank personnel is not entertaining the my request...

i need your help here, Can you help here to reduce my emi and i may not become defaulter.

Sir My name is Samee Uddin.I am working with reputed insurance company.At june 2008 i have taken loan fron ICICI Bank.I had deposited month by month instalment in Bank but last 4 month before company reponse is very hard whenever we deposite installment in company after deposited instalment company mamber call me "Sir your installment is due for 2 month but actual installment is not due is heart me & my family.Most of time when i am not in home company call me at my home landline no and told him"Whwnever your chid not deposited loan installment than why he had taken from from us"than kind of world used by ICICI bank employees its all things heart my felling & loss my oum image.i tally mental harsed by ICICI Bank.This kind of term used most of time.So i want compensation to ICICI Bank.

ICICIBANK — Paid full still charging


This is Anitha Lobo, i have a credit card of ICICI bank ([protected])
I got a call in the 2nd week of august from the smart pay dept. of ICICI bank to pay off the full balance before the due date with the offer of getting the discount of 1500 on the balance and with that My card will be blocked and will receive a final statement saying that the balance is zero..Infact I got a letter also confirming the same offer.

After Accepting the offer I paid the full amt before the due date and also confirmed that by call on 2 occasions
First on 20th august 2010 spoke to Ashok from ICICI cust care and On
30th August 2010 spoke to subhash from ICICI cust care. confirming that card will be blocked and will receive a final statement on 08th september 2010 saying that the balance is zero.

And Now Got a SMS on 22nd september 2010 that there is balance of 396.98 which is due on 26th sep2010. I got so upset after seeing the Message. but since i Work night shift dont get time to do all my bank work.. hence i called on 24th sept in the night around 2:35 am after my shift...spoke to Rajesh .. who was not at all helpful... Infact asked me to call nxt day in the morning to which i explained him will not be able to call as i do night shift but he was not bother at all.

So next day on 25th sep I got up early to short out this issue.. but was on hold for almost 30mins. I was getting late to work but still i thought i will short out this issue bcoz nxt day was the due date and they will charge me an Extra late fee to which i am not responsible. On that call i was transferred to smart pay Dept by cust care without informing, however was infromed that the amt o/s is My Overlimit fee, was surprised to her that after receiving a confirmation from last two representative taht it would be Zero balance and card will be blocked.. when confirmed card was also not blocked..

After being a good customer for more than 2 years paying so much Interest and that to paying the full balance amt they are still charging me. I know it is just some Rs.396.38 where in I have paid around Rs. 47,000 it is nothing but it is matter of principles

Hoping that it will resolve, If not then will pay the balance but will not think of coming back to ICICI had a Worst Experiences
