You are the official courier of ICICI Bank Palakkad Branch We are send 3 bundles of receipt books to Chennai as on 13/07/2012 and out of 3 bundles 2 of them are received ([protected] and [protected])and confirmed by the receiver but one bundle is still missing([protected]). As i said the bundle is having receipt books which are very important document and valuable. We are contacted with your Palakkad office several time and they give the telephone number of your Cochin office and manager Mr Senthil Kumar(Mob [protected]) and not getting any proper response and not ready to hear us(now Mr Senthil is not picking our phone and a lady who attending the land line call in your cochin office cut the phone when they hear that the call is from ICICI bank) more over they have no idea about the bundle still now. Still after 25 days the courier is not delivered in the destiny As you aware about the importance of consignment pls take this as very seriously and find out the same on urgent basis other wise we will have to take next steps.
