[Resolved] ICICI Bank Saving Account — ATM DECLINE CHARGE | |
Hi I have an account with ICICI bank(Saving), on 18 feb 09 i went to ATM thinking that there is sufficient amount i fed the amount of 1000 rs. But there was not suffiecnt amount to ATM declined, I am seriously Unhappy and amazed to see that the bank has charged me some 28 rs for non sudfficient fund. I appreciate all you that just updating complaints here. It is at least good then thousands of people not doing anything..
However, I would like to tell you that instead of just saying it here, can't we get together (online only) and complaint about the same so that they get compel to hear??
It is my personal experience that when you will complaint to the authority ( call centre never helps), you will get it sorted out. I experienced it with ICICI bank, vodafone, BSNL, Pantaloon future group's Big Bazar, TATA Indicom, dish TV, india infoline and many more. We have many rights as consumer under consumer protection act 1986 reserve bank of india guidelines for banking, SEBI for securities and share trading, TRAI for telecom, broadband and DTH service providers and MRTP act.
Don't you think we should use it??
I am not a professional lawyer but still never let anybody make fool of me because i know value of my money. I am a salaried person and would like to help everybody who wish and want my help. I am not after money at all, if you want to, you can pay me a few bucks or send me a chocolate, can be even a halls or mintofresh worth 0.50 rupees... lol... just want to say, i am not writing this to you for money but only to have couple of friends who can roar against any injustice in their life, any damn thing... If you are ready, I am ready to help you with no intention to make any money, just want to support..

I HAD TWO WHEELAR LOAN TAKEN FROM ICICI BANK LTD., AND THE LAST INSTALLMENT WAS DUE ON 05/11/2009 AND AMOUNT WAS RS. 1300/-, AND DUE TO INSUFFICIENT BALANCE AUTODEBIT IS BOUNCED.

yaar mere saath bhi aisa hi hua hai ek bar irctc ka tickit book karne par 2 times rs. 11 dedudct kiya tha tab maine cust care se mail kar wapas account main credit karwa liya tha but insufficient fund k nam par rs. 28 yar ye kyon penalty charge kar rahe hain it's not fare..
we all do the complain with icici we r the privileged customer and we r heart for this penalty.

Hi All,
i have an account with icici bank.[protected].
Am agree with icici bank fraud in all cases, i have icici bank account and personl loan with this bank, i am paying all emi from 3 yrs with out dues.
recently i applied for personal loan with hdfc, they find some bounces and overdraft account on my name in cibil.
they are rejected my personal loan due to the wrong updation in cibil.
the icici bank given wrong information to the cibil.
why they did that ?
Pls help me in this case, how can i get money back from them?
Some one suggested me go to the nearest branch and give to them as a written statement for revertback of all declain charges.
recent icici bank debited 50rs from my account unnecessarly, i called them and asked why these amount are debited?
they replied me that cahrges for duplicate statement...i never raised arequest for duplicatestatement with them, also i never recived the statement.
after their confirmation they revert back my money.
recently they debited transaction declain chearges 6 times on the same transaction. they debited 28 rupees 6 times from my account.
after my request they revert back 28 rupess(only one declain charge) credited into my account.
Recently same thing happend agian, they charged decline charges 3times for the same transaction, they debited 28ruppees 3 times.
why they are going to blame the customers.

If you have any issues related to bank use the bellow link & compalin to RBI, You will get correct informaiton. they will charge amount to bank. Bank will pay the amount with interest.

ICICI Bank Saving Account — clearance of cheque
Dear sir/MadamThe SBI cheque no 303799 of amount 13634 has been forwarded from PF office vasi mumbai to credit in account of ARCHANA CHOUDHARI at the date 31/07/2008 in icici bank Vairaghade house, main road, bhandara branch 441904. It is to mention that said amount is still not credit in my account[protected].
