[Resolved]  ICICI Bank, Sec - 18, Noida — Without my consent hold account

I am a salary account (Account Number:[protected] holder of ICICI bank for the last 2 years. But my banking id & debit card password is missing in mind so I am wanted to you what is procedure.

I was drooping a cheque in drop box of ICICI Bank ATM, But i am not getting my amount even after 6-7 days. So please Do any action.

I am a salary account holder of ICICI Bank(a/c no[protected] for last 2 years.I was withdrawing my money in SBI ATM on 5th april, due to some problem the tranction was not possible but the money has deducted in my account.So i have registered a complain having no-SR[protected] many time i called to ur customer care executive but i have not satisfied with their answer.All my trasaction, EMI are linked with my ICICI account.Pls do the need ful.Already i have suffered alot.

In February 09 i issued a cheque amounting Rs 11899 towards LIC's premium of my policy number[protected] wide ICICI cheque number 495319. The amount was debited from my account on 30.3.09. Last month, I received a letter from LIC returning my original cheque stating that my cheque has been returned unpaid by bank due to Insufficient funds and I need to deposit my premium immediately by cash /DD (no cheque will be accepted). Now the question is WHERE IS MY MONEY (Rs 11899/-) WHICH HAS BEEN DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT NOT PAID TO LIC?
I have lodged several written complains dated July 22 & July 31 with all documents in person with Sec-18, Noida branch and was given SR[protected] & SR[protected] and also e mailed to customer care and senior executives with ICICICARE =[protected]' level1complaint &[protected]' level2complaint but do not receive any satisfactory and sufficient answer so far. However in last communication I am being informed that the funds have been transferred to LIC’s bank (Axis bank Ltd, Plot No 111, N/30, Ambedkar Road, Nehru Nagar, Ghaziabad) but the details of transaction could not be provided by ICICI bank. It seems impossible as the cheque in original has been returned to me by bank. The transaction may not have happened at all. I still do not know where is my money which has still not reached LIC nor me.
Is there some one who can help me?
