Icici Direct — poor service of icici direct

THis is a common problem with ICICI. Most of the call center guys donot know the actual status, and you will never reach to the same guy.THis problem is commonly faced by most of ICICI customers.

I had dropped a cheque bearing # 024383 dated 31/01/2009 for Rs.6000/- on 9th Feb which is not credited to above mentioned SB account till now.

My account was not in active when I had dropped my cheque.
So, the amount has been reversed automatically to Bank's suspense account.

I went icici branch at Omr Branch. They told call to customer care, I was called to customer care, they are telling go to branch. like this almost 10 days over till now. I dent get proper response. I don’t know when my money will come to my account

I had request "n" number of times asking them to send the account details, but they didnt have the time to serve the old customers.

Icici bank has a pathetic service to there customers because of employee of this company are uneducated. They don't know how to deal a customer. They are making fool to customers. First they make wrong statement and take a security cheque from me after that they put in my account for clearance. now they are asking for amount why should i pay an unnecessary amount to your company. I firstly said that employee of your company, i don't want a paid account. Person says no mam this is an 0% account only and no opening charges. Now your people misbehaving me will take amount from you. We will visit your home and your work place and while talking on phone they put on hold without intimation. What is this? Is this is your best service?

This letter I have sent to ICICI Demat service in Vadodara-India. Very doubtful service. Please beware of ICICI system place order.

Thanks for your explanation. By the way, I know system will automatically square off the margin order during trading hours. But, why your system always place order at higher price. Also, that day price was not went to that level. How can normal person will trust on ICICI ? It is undigesting us to believe this sytem. Sorry, but we need explanation with proof of that order. Please give me details of price, which system place on that day(21st Apr 2009 at 15:14 hours ) for WELGUJ equity. We are need ICICI answerable reply. Do not explain about how system is working. We are need proof and if proof is correct then we will agree with that order.

I have not received trading statement from 01/06/2008-31/03/2009 when i requested for same thr. e-mail they are sending me balance of stock in my dmet a/c, when i called up call centre for inquire then say they stoped sending the same, (this statement is must for I-T purpose), when they have stopped that service then they must reduce the yearly d-met charges.

I fully agree - ICICIdirect.com has become extremely arrogant with their success. It is just a matter of time - soon they will fall on their face.

ICICI Direct.com - Share trading account — Amount Charged without opening any account

Hi,

This is regarding opening an ICICI Direct.com - share trading account opening. I had applied for opening a share trading acount for ICICI and for which ICICI had charged RS.250/- from me but never opened any account against this. Payment details are as follows:

Date of payment(check payment- transaction date from my saving account) - 07/04/2207
Check No - 68
Amoount - 250/-
through Kotak mahindra Bank, Park street kolkata

I have followed up ICICI bank for this with the application form reference no ([protected]) but till date the amount is not received.

I would like to receive the amount with heavy penalty on top of that for harrashing and making false commitment.

Please Stop doing trading in ICICIDIRECT< Its a worst trading account i have never ever seen.Because i bought ashare at 15 rupees and sold at 17 rupees, in the orderbook its showing exucuted but in trade book its showing reverse its showing like i bought at 17 and sold at 15...its just a example of what had happened to me and to many customers, like that i lost plenty of money, so my dear friends iam advising you seriously just stop doing trading in icici direct trading account

Also, the agents who are involved in this do not know anything about share trading. If we ask some doubts, they have no answers for the questions

Brokerage charges are high and there are many issues with the account also

These people never give proper explanation for the charges

I am very frustrated of this poor customer service

They respond only after a day. I wonder what they keep doing all the time in 24 hours

have done is that i have closed 3 no. "three in one " accounts of our family.

how they treated us? only tear in my eyes can better spell that. but they have

earned few lakhs of brokerage from us.

i have a complaint on ICICI direct service.
i have been trying to sell Cals refineries scrip on its peaks, and i realised that the ICICI direct have Disabled this action on this scrip without my permission or informing me.
neither i could buy in this scrip.
when i contacted the customer care here is the answere.
"Dear Sir,

We wish to inform you that the scrip CALS has been disabled for further buying. The same is disabled for surveillance purpose.

Following this reply i had an intereaction with this gentlmen Jesee Kiron Paul, he said they have taken a decision not to sell this scrip on my behalf, who the heck are they to decide my risk taking factor.
they are only a service provider and they should server only in their limit. this gentlemen is yet to comeback to me with a valid clarification, its been 3 days and hasnt turned up.

now becouse of this disabling im under loss in this scrip since i couldnt sell it at that point of time. is ICICI direct is going to bear my losses ?
