[Resolved]  ICICI Edc Machine — Transaction payment not received

Address:Thrissur, Kerala

ICICI Bank had installed one EDC machine at our H.P outlet
and the TID NO. IS 27040768 and the MID is 42740740.
On 29th Nov 2010 transactions worth Rs. 11448.00 has been settled with batch no 1120 and the amount has not been credited in our A/C. The matter was reported to Mr.Pravin Manager (cards) mob no. [protected] with copies of each transaction and the settlement copy on 12/12/2010
till date no action has been done mean while we had called him seversl times and now he is not responding.
