ICICI Lombard / Healthplan — Rejected claim on wrong base & no response at time of contact

Dear Sir/Madam

May be its not the first case regarding Health plan,

I requested a claim for my spouse after hospitalization and after one i got to know that claim has been rejected as the diaginis is not covered for first 2 years.

When i gone through the documents with me of policy & icicilombard website i could not find that particular decease in exclusion list. Also i talk to the doctors also regarding the decease they said it was a simple surgery and its covered almost by every insurance company .

I wrote them all the details , but till date , No response from them.

Please suggest what to do now.
