[Resolved]  ICICI Lombard Insurance Company — Fraud in policy

I have a Motor Insurance policy ICICI Lombard Insurance company last year on 9th June 2008 to 8th June 2009 thru ICICI Lombard Insuarance, Pitampura Branch
Policy Holder Name : Poonam Khanna
Vehicle No. : DL-8C-N-7168
Address : S-2/184, Old Mahavir Nagar, New Delhi-110018
IDV Value is Rs. 3.00, 000/-
Premium is Rs. 7.000/-
I have recd. a policy of Rs. 3, 00, 000
My cheque bounce due to not submitted with in the time period
After that Agent Manpreet Singh come my home Show His ID Card, Licence, and confirm from His office contact no. printed on Visiting Card
and give me receipt on ICICI Lombard Letter Head
collect Rs. 7000 Cash.

and confirm collect payment against cheque


Right Now We recd. call for renewal of the policy

He give us copy of old policy which we had not recd.

Re-insurance of My Car, in low amount and give cheque of Rs.6400/-

This policy have wrong address
it means you Smart Sales Manager did not want to Policy will reach us

I also give complaint to customer care. but they says we reced. cheque of rs. 6400/-

Tell me why not you confirm us for policy is reach or not

As per my thinking If the address is wrong. The packet will retrun to you

then why you not confrim it.

another thning if you create new policy of expired policy. Where is the Inspection Report.

I am touch with ICICI Lombard Insurance Fraud Control Deptt. thru e-mail from 4 june 2009
