[Resolved]  ICICI Netbanking — ICICI Net Banking service disabled

I have an account in ICICI bank in FIROZABAD branch. I did not used the net banking facility for the past 4 month... Now when i tried to login i couldn't do it i receive a message as login is disabled so please do the needsome to login to my account no is[protected].

I am unable to login Net banking Id and password Previous i was using. i have informed many times in icicibank at habsiguda branch.there is no reply. They said that go through customer care and talk to them they will tell you how to login.

last month i was told you please closed my my credit card by giving last month full payment but your bank not get action on my complaind & send me april month statment so i am not pay this month payment to your bank i was told you last month to closed my credit card account many time.

I have an account in ICICI bank in Kochi branch. Idid not used the net banking facility since allotment. Now when i tried to login i couldn't do it i receive a message as login is disabled so please do the needsome to to login to my account no is[protected] Kochi branch. presently i m posted in port Blair Andaman & Nicobar island so i have to book e-ticket oftenly so i need the precious facility very badly. i have lodged a complaint on phone, customer executive told that it will be enabled in 01 working day but in vain . so it is requested that needful be done. hoping the best from the best bank.

Hello Sir, Already I have raised my Service request through online. Request Number SR[protected], My password is disabled, unable to login, I need password, My Account Number[protected]. My User ID nitinvishaal. More than 30 Days back I have raised my service request, still I did n't get, I am waiting for your reply.

i have an account with icici bank in krishnagiri branch. i forgot my password and user id. i went and gave complaint in personal (in the month of nov' 2010 i guess), that time they dint ask me any id proof and said every thing will reach my house through postal service, but i did not get anything for the past six months. again i went in person on 15-may-2011 to give complaint but now they are asking to pay penalty. while opening account they told like, we can maintain nil balance also, now they are asking me to pay the penalty for running negative balance.if this is the situation they should have intimated me beforehand in any mode. i am very much unsatisfied with the coustomer service i had.. pls do the needful or tell me the procedure to close my account.
