[Resolved] ICICI PRU — DID not provide you deposit amount details
I ask 3 thinks
1) How much Amount i have deposit to icicipur. Reply they do not have such details and not provide as below email.
2) they collect two ecs in 1 same month. without informing me.
3) they stop my ecs without and cancel my policy.
I understand that your concern is pertaining to first premium receipt, Insurance Premium Certificate (IPC) and consolidated premium receipt.
In this regard, I wish to inform you that since the first premium receipt is send along with your policy document, the same is currently not available on our website.
With reference to the premium for April 2008 not reflecting in the Insurance Premium Certificate (IPC) received by you, I wish to inform you that to ensure that premium is debited on the premium due date, the receipting for premium collections attempted via Electronic Clearance System (ECS) / Direct Debit was processed in advance. Accordingly the premium due on April 11, 2008 was receipted on March 31, 2009. Hence, the same does not reflect in the IPC received by you.
Please be assured that we are in receipt of the premium amount for the month of April 2008 and the same has been applied to your policy on the premium due date i.e., April 11, 2008. In order to claim tax benefit, you can submit the premium receipt or the consolidated premium paid certificate available on our website.
With reference to your request for having a consolidated premium receipt for your policy since inception, I wish to inform you that the same is issued separately for each financial year and hence we are unable to comply with your request.
