[Resolved]  ICICI Prudential Cash Plus — Non Receipt of premium paid receipt

i have not recieve the premium statement of my cash plus policy.my policy no. 01860409.

I have not received my receipt towards the cheque payment of the premium for cash plus, my policy no. is 02009149

PRU ICICI TAX PLAN — NON RECEIPT OF STATEMENT AND OTHER DETAILS

I HAVE INVESTED RS 15000/- IN PRU ICICI TAX PLAN DTD 11.1.07 THROUGH CAM AGENCY IN AURANGABAD AND HAVE A STAMPED RECIEPT FOR THE SAME. THE APPLICATION NUMBER IS 8839021 . EVEN AFTER NUMEROUS FOLLOWUP WITH CAM AND ICICI STILL HAVENT RECIEVED ANY FOLIO NUMBER, STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION REGARDING THE STATUS OF MY FUNDS. KINDLY ASSIST

Can any one send me the details of this CASH PLUS policy plan.
i have this plan but i want to know the details. (i forgot the detail)

Hi, My brohters daughter MS V Suseela has a ICICI prudential cash policy from the date 02/05/1997 and the premium amount what we are paying is 12000/-per annum. now unfortunately what happen is she died with blood cancer last saturday that is 19/09/2009. now need to know what is the procedure and how to forward all those reports and what is the amount we will be getting back on this.

I request to know about the cash plus policy of ICICI PRUD.I am paying 6614/- half yearly premiem.But as per information I am getting from Policy office, if I will stop to premiem after 5 yrs. I will treceive the half amount of which I am paying from last 5Yrs. This is copmletey injustice to consumer.
While explaining the policy the information given was differnt from actual benefits.This is cheating.I will go to consumer court.
