R/sir I would like to inform you that My name is Jaysinh Balvantsinh Gohil, Residing at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I was applied for ICICI Prudential Health Saver Policy on 2nd March-2009. I had applied Family flotter policy. My Policy No : 11452732, and still it is not issued. It is in reconsideration condition and its ID : Me and my spouse hasn’t any medical problem, but my Child was suffered and Pass-out from Operation before three years, and I had submitted all the related documents and I am also ready to face Medical of my child for the Medical test I had already given lots of complain through by mail, written, and also by Customer care, I am also ready to submit all the relavent documents like as per given below. 1. Attendance Sheet of School ( St. Kabir Primary School-Drive-in Branch) 2. His School progress report from Nursery to 3rd Std. 3. Any Medical reports from My Family Doctor or if you want to meet him regarding medical queries of my Child. 4. And i am also urge to you Trigger his medical at Ahmedabad or Mumbai as per your requirement. ( I have also given request to raise his and mine medical by mail, Written, and by Call ) But still they are denied to give medical coverage to my child, and I don’t know, what I have to do? Now they are denied to give medical coverage to my children, and they had also issued me counter letter for me. And in that letter they are mentioning that if you want to accept the policy without your children’s medical coverage then we will and agree to issue your policy and if you are not agree to accept the policy without children’s medical insurance, then we will not be able to issue policy to you and you will receive your premium amount. In answer of counter letter I had raised my complain to ICICI customer care on dated: 24th Mar -2009, time 7:15PM, like I am really not satisfied with your this kind of letter like “if you want agree to take then take it or otherwise we are not agree to issue policy to you”. I had raised my complain like I want answer in medical terms, and medical language, why don’t want to accept my children medical coverage, give me your decision on letter and also that answer is also in Medical terms and also medical language, because of I am also ready to go on medical discussion with my family doctor and your doctor panel. And my complain ID : 8152289. Please consider this serious complain against of ICICI Prudential. Please review this complain as on priority base. Maine application N[protected] dt. 19.03.2009 receipt no. 571438 cheque n0.287814 dt. 19.03.2009 Rs. 25000/- se Health saver policy ke liye jama kiye hain. apke call letter main [application no.[HS 00312175 dt. 25.05.2009 likha ja raha hain] call letter ke anusar maine dt. 02.06.2009 ko sourabh nursingh home hoshangabad mp se medical karva liya hain. iski report apke pass mil chuki hain. meri policy nahi mili hain. march 2009 se meri rashi apke pass hain. meri policy jari kare ya with intrest rashi wapas kare. hello i have taken policy i want clam lot of problem i safe [protected]
I started the health saver plan for me and my wife on 22/07/2009. But when I got the policy booklet, only my name is included and the person whom I interacted told the application is submitted online and due to some reason they were unabe to add my wife at that time. Also they assured me that I can add her name at the time of next renewal. And as per this I have submitted the necessary documents at 'Residency Rd., Bangalore' office on 16/07/2010. Find the acknowledgement receipt for the same at http://youthfm.com/images/ack-prulife.gif . Again on 18/01/2011 I had a discussion with 'Asha Damodar' on [protected], she is telling I was supposed to add my wife first itself and now can't able to do or I need to take new policy in the name of my wife. Please give advise to resolve this issue.
ICICI health saver — Denial of application for health insurance
Dear sir,My wife's health insurance application, with icici prudential(ICICI health saver), has been rejected because i declared that she had an atrial septal defect, which was corrected by surgery 5 yrs ago( she is in normal health now).
Is this an valid reason for rejecting the application. what should i do now?
