[Resolved] ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — Premium paid but not received

Hi, This complain is in regards to my premium policy which i got renewed as per the ECS option i had on my Citibank credit card. The payment has been made but still ICICI prudential confirms non recepit of the payment. I have all the confirmation from Citibank that the payment has been made to them but still they are not abelt o find it. My policy is in a paid up mode and am not getting any benefits of it. I have paid my second premium towards my policy no:06811776 and confirmed over SMS that the payment is received by you and receipt of the same has been couriered to me by 03/12/2008. I regreat to say that till date I have not received anything. Pl send the same at the earliest as I have claim for IT rebate.

I have paid the pemium amount Rs.2000/- per month from Jan.09 to April.09 through ECS from ICICI bank Shahibaug branch, Gujarat. My Prudential life time super policy No.05419519. But I regret to say that premium receipts for these periods have not been received till date despite repeated reminder through SMS. Take prompt action to despatch the receipt in question.

My policy no.00038247 due for this month paid by me on 15-04-09 by IOB Kodambakkam branch cheque no942746 Rs.716/-dated 15-04-09.and droped kodambakkam icici ATM center.(Pulyur 1st main road). So for I have not received my receipt.Kindly arrange to send the receipt.As I have to claim IT rebate.
