Dear Sir, I had processed my OF withdrawal form with my organisation " ICICI prudential Life insurance Co. Limited" and I was informed vide thier mail that the same shall be processed within few week however 4 month have elapsed I have niether recd any money or any response from the companydespite several reminder. My PF account No is 535640. I am Ravi ..I was a CSM in ICICIpru, located at Kolkata., put dpwn my papers last yr July09.Also submitted my PF withdrawal form on 24 July 09.
My Emp id was 545814.
till date i`ve not received my cheque.. So I would request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

I am ashok kumar and iworked with icici prudential as aunit manager since 25/08/2008 to 22/052010 resigned due to my personal resion
plz do settle my pf money and my 22 days salary and any anotherr settlement amount ineeds this money very much because my mother is ill (brain problem ) so transfer in my account as soon as possible i send pf form and pancard with canceal cheque plz tranfer as soon as possible
