[Resolved]  ICICI Prulife Insurance — SALARY ISSUE

We are the CF agent for icici agri loans at Anantapur it belongs to Andhra Pradesh. Our code No is CFAP0051. We are collected premiums in the form of DD's for the proposal of polosis no 05197308. For Rs 1, 00, 000=00 but till todate we are not received any commission check from icici pru life Pleas purse this matter and send our commission check as early as possiable other wise i can give complaint in this matter to the RBI.

We are collected renable premiums in the form of cheque for the proposal of polosis no 05403778. For Rs 200000=00 but till todate we are not received any commission check from icici pru life Pleas purse this matter and send our commission check as early as possiable other wise i can give complaint in this matter to the RBI.

Dear Authorities,
As, I am an employee of iciciprudential (onroll).I want to share my views over the system which is adopted by the lucknow (alambagh, branch), and also the working environment, both are very bad and always a threat to the employees of the branch due to the over work load. Here in the branch, seniors are not supportive to their subourdinates. If any body try to oppose them, they say, they can terminate the guy who will not move on the wish of them (Just like me).bosses take meeting tills 10 pm-11pm.bosses also use harse words for the juniors.there in the alambagh branch, only the harsement, abusive language, dissatisfaction only the perks & incentives for the employees of grade 1. But there is no way to stop them because of dictatorship of the superiors. Infact, S.M, A.M, Z.M, are not able to work, but they are doing due to the lazyness of the higher authorities, . Actually, there must be a big change required in the branch to save the new & freshers team of the employees.

Myself Prashant Sharma working as unit manager in iciciprulife has not been receiving my salary since
last few months.My seniors have deliberetely stopped my salary despite being on work.I am always kept in dark by the seniors and HR too did not help me.Is it a company or what?I have been crying for the salary since last few months but got no respite.Instead HR management has also harassed me for so many days.T have been the victim of the criminal attitude of them.I have written several times to top management but got no result.All are currupt.T need justice.Where should i go?.

ICICI Prulife Insurance — wrong information & no response on phone & pass the time of cancellation of policy

dear sir,
i have taken a policy from the abovesaid company which one is executed by the noide branch/franchisee the executive came & told me that this is plan which gives u a good return. in this policy the executive tell
1. you have to pay rs. 25000/- annually for 5 years
2. the company will give ur money return in 6 th year with the addition of 50% of your amount paid in 5 years by u.
3. and the company will give a medical cover of Rs. 500000/- annually to u and ur family.
But on the policy that the cover is of Rs. 300000/- only.
I rang up the executive many times he said that this is by mistake i will send an executive and he will rectify ur problem, but on one comes to me.
in the meanwhile the time of cancellation of policy passed away.
and tomorrow i visited the any other franchisee of company & he told that the money will return only in case of death it will not return in 6 th year & the medical cover will be Rs.300000/- annually.to
sir, this is not told by the executive of the company when i get that policy. which is wrongly done by that executive. this is not the fulfillment of mutual agreement done between me and company. so please do the needful

ICICI Prulife Insurance — RELATED TO CLAIM

I HAVE SUBMITTED A CLAIM AGAINST MY POLICY NO 09478021 ON DATED 03.09.09 TO ICICI PRULIFE BRANCH KASHIPUR (UK).I CALLED TO CUSTOMER DESK SERVICE & BRNCH ABOUT STATUS OF SETTLEMENT BUT TILL TODAY I HAVE NO INFORMATION.I HAVE SENT A MAIL BUT THERE IS NO REPLY.

My policy no 12373806 was due on17 aug 2010.I already been dropped a cheque ammounting Rs 50000at a ATM drop box(icici atm) as per advice of your bank employee which is located at SURI, BIRBHUM.But now want to know DEPOSITED MY POLICY or not? MY EMAIL ID [protected]@REDIFFMAIL.COM.
