[Resolved] ICICI — ticket was not confirmed yet money was deducted from my account | |||
Hi Sir/Madam , Today,I was booking a ticket from Mughalsarai to New Delhi from IRCTC using Net Banking options. Ticket booking was failed and checked details of failed transactions in my IRCTC account showed "Payment Not Received From Bank". But money has been alrerady deducted from my account . Details of which are mentioned below: BIL/[protected]/IRCTC INDIAN RAILWAY/05 I have also attached a screen shot for the same Please do the needful so that i can get my money back .
