I am holder of ICICI Bank card No.[protected] which expired on 12/08. The new card which was issued in my name has not yet been delivered to me.Now that I am informed through SMS that I am issued I-mint card No.[protected] which is already despatched to me. This also has not been delivered to me. Please arrange for delivery of the card at the earliest.

I haven't received my credit card statement for the month of March 2009 and I am shocked to receive my April State with a late feeRs. 400/- Service tax 41.20 + 97.34 and interest of Rs. 945/-. May I request you to clarify the matter like, why my March Bill was not sent and most of the times I get my bill on the last date ofayment. Kindly send me the detailed statement drawn in the month of March and let me know How much I need to pay for this month.

ICICI — still haven't got my credit card

I had applied for ICICI credit card three month back, I was promised that I will get it in less then 1 month since everything was fine but even after so much time, I haven't got my credit card

ICICI — regular statement not received

Greetings Dear Sir / Mada,
I have been requesting for the regular service for issuing me the statement, quartely, which is not payable, and stated while taking up the service for saving account.
I usually dont receive on the regular basis, though after doing the follow-ups. hence kindly arrange to fix the same and please do the needful.

I am not receiving my statements and any of the the intimation of my bill from sbi card department from past 2-3 months. I have called many times on phone banking for sending statements thro courier to my home address.

If you have not receiving the statements continuously first confirm your address with sbi that they have in their records, even if there a small difference in the address that will lead to the prob, pin code would also make difference. If the address mentioned there is correct escalate your case to the HEAD SERVICE DEPARTMENT, the respective mail id will be mentioned on the statement. Simultaneously register you account for mobile alert service as well as online statement facilities so that even if you are not receiving the hard copy of the statement you will have a soft copy and you will receive mobile alerts about payment date, payment received status etc. so that this can avoid the financial charges getting debited to the account, and even can make the payment on time.

icici credit card &debit card — not received

very very lazy courier executive & still i ve not received these products since last 7months . within seven months card has back to bank for fourteen times.

I have made a transaction of Rs. 10000/- from the ATM code SICW5100 on the date 29 septeber 2009 at 17:51, but i do not got the money at that time but the transaction was debited in to my account on that day i was made a complaint which no. was 20268596 .
Till now i do not received any of confirmation from the bank
