[Resolved]  ICICIcredit Card — Harassment after taking the full outstanding amount!

Dear Sir,
I didn't got my credit card properly from last 3 months, I have the bill of rs.260 on 23-Nov & an executive promises me that he will send the complete statement within two days but yet i didn't received the statement, so I will not pay fine charges due these late services regarding Card statement, so i need your attention this matter.

I had applied for a credit card on the first week of November in Bangalore.
Application No: S[protected]

All id proofs etc were submitted,verification call was also done. But now there is no response. I tried checking my status online but it said that no records were found. I even tried calling customer care and got the same answer.

A gentleman had come to my home with an application 2 months back for credit card... i filled the application and handed over all relavent documents to him .I have not gt back my card till date.. Is th guy genuine or am i a victim of Phising or some cybercrime?will i get my card back ? do reply as early as possible... Prabhu.

4477 [protected] payment received by icici credit card on 15 jan08 as per the MR sent to me online.
Your out sourced agent entered my office on17jan08 ,time of entry n his signature too recorded at security. he had shown a defaulter list,in which my name was written. i was shocked before my colleauges n shown him the online money receipt.
On enquiry,collection agent told me that one Mr Premjit Patnaik of ICICI CREDIT CARD HEAD BHUBANESWAR ,HAS GIVEN THE LIST.

IS IT TOLERABLE?IT HAS HAPPENED DUE TO CARELESSNESS OR IT IS DELIBERATE.None is serious in ICICI BUT PAID FOR.

IF ICICI RUNNING SHORT OF MONEY,WE ARE HERE TO HELP N DONATE. I AM SERIOUS N TELLING THIS BECAUSE WE THE PUBLIC DO IT ALWAYS IN INDIA.

To be very very judicious,i would like to say the pecentage of failures mistakes must be below 3%-4%in case of a private sector companies where employees r better paid of n system is well equipped.

The most important is the time taken for the solution which should be 1-2days .the biggest failure is pending unsolved casea where cusomer suffers for a long period even years together.

Respondinding too becomes zero in some cases.
evev after paying i was asked for payment by credit card bhubaneswar.An agent had come to me with a list, where as i paid it 3days before n received the receipt online,which is too bad .i lost my image before colleauges.but somehow they know me n saw the MR online n convinced.

I was submitted an electronic form and other document deposited to your executive regarding the new credit card. I also received a letter ref no[protected] dated 14.01.08 concluding that the application is under process but didn’t received card till date... Now I want to know when the final decision will come… waiting for reply.. my contact no is.[protected]

I have applied for credit card and got it after 2 month. I tried to contact customer care but this system is not that customer friendly . only hearing this unwanted automatic voice response asking to enter card num pin num etc finally call get disconnected. i couldn't able to reach customer care.
I got a mail regarding total amount due of 226.86 on credit card and it ll b debited from ur bank account.
I have not made any purchase and i not even received pin num for credit card.So why should i pay this?
while applying for credit card they said it is for free no need to pay any amount.
i want to know details and info regarding this
someone deducting my account without my concurrence which I'm not liking it.

I have deposited (thru Cheese) 3 lakh INR money from my ICICI Saving account (Ac#:[protected] to my daughter's ICICI SSY account (SSY ac#:[protected] at Sec-37 Faridabad ICICI branch.

It is showing me ZERO as total balance amount in SSY ac#:[protected].

Should I lodge FIR in police station against ICICI bank?
