[Resolved] ICICIcredit Card — Freezing my Salary Account In Spite of paying the monthly due | |
I am Sundarrajan from Coimbatore. The ICICI credit card agents have been freezing my salary account without informing me and this time, I had already made the payment on 4th of this month for which I have the receipt too and they have again freezed my account today (1/9/2008). I have some cheques coming in today which I am sure will not honoured as my account is showing a debit balance although I have a balance of 34000/-. This is the second time they have freezed my account while a cheque is to come. They have done this many times and I have been contacting them and paying my dues to them to get this released. But this time, they have done it even after paying my monthly due which has put me in trouble. I would like to talk to someone in this regard who can advise me how to proceed further. I have never found a fraudulant bank like ICICI.Bank agent used to stand infront of our office and always try to push credit card and they do it untill u get one. Likewise I got my card and they use to chrge interest inspite of paying dues in time. After sometime thay called me up and said they will send their agent to collect my dues but that agent did not turn up. Now I had to go USA for 1.4 years and by the time they did lots of harresment to my family even threatened to kill them. I called them up and asked to sattle the account and they agreed buit never turned up to collect the money. Once I back from USA I trensferred money to ICICI bank and they widrawn money from my account without my knowledge. They charged me 97000 while my outstanding was only 40000.
I would like to file a compaint with consumer court. Can anyone help me on this?
Anyone can call me at [protected].
Thanks,
Joy.
