[Resolved]  ICICIcredit Card — Reward points transferred to Imint program

I was shocked to check my last month's credit card says I've redeemed all my points! When contacted ICICI Call centre they are saying all the points have been transfered to imint...without any intimation to me! Its very dissapointing to see that a leading bank which claims to be customer-service oriented works in a such pathetic way. I feel this imint program is a pure waste and just another way to sqeeze money from the customers. I suggest ICICI Bank should withdraw this program and should continue with their own program of redeeming points.

Dear Team,

It would be better if you were to avoid any cross promotions / cross selling of shopping sites like shoppers stop for availing your service. You make it look like a bonus or incentive but the only winner in this is Shoppers Stop and not you.

While it may have been my fault not to read the conditionalities of the offer in my inbox because the link which was not enabled and had to be copy+pasted to visit. Still, I feel I do not need such a misleading offer to continue patronising ICICI Bill Pay services.

Anyways, your erstwhile imint and now paybacks do not have an rewarding experience for 'reward points' You do not have to rub it in with these offers.

Trust you will either come up with an actually rewarding scheme which does not involve any shenanigans or hidden expenses. I would rather have something very nominal like a coffee mug worth Rs.50 with a cute caricature sketch of Chennai (and likewise given for respective users in Mumbai, Bangalore and other cities) for patronising HSBC's Credit card Bill Pay service. I still treasure this mug which has HSBC branding integrated in the caricature and keep it on my office desktop. It also closely reflects HSBC's credo line of being a 'local' bank.

Something creative on those lines while still being cost effective would be more appropriate and ensure a positive 'rewards' experience than these schemes which I feel are just below ponzi schemes.

When I applied for credit card your people told me that no interest will be charged i[censored] pay the amount within 52days from the date of purchase and there will be no card charges if you buy for Rs.2000/-. Now in the first month bill Rs.223.60+service tax Rs.21.68+interest Rs.175.43 was added. Kindly let me know how u can charge interest and card charges.

i was a regular user of credit card and earn so many points during those months. i had regularly received your mails regarding my rewards points till Nov 2012 and after that i have not received any mail related to my account. Today when i am trying to find out the status of rewards points in my account, i was shocked when i have found that WITHOUT any information you people have deducted rewards point from my Account !!!. This is very much unprofessional way. Now i want to know why you people can do this without informing to customer ? Till date i have not received any mail or phone call in this context, why ?

you are requested to revive my lapse rewards points to avoid any grievances. i am looking for your positive response being an old privilege customer .

Even I too faced the similar issue with ICICI bank.i have been using ICICI credit card for many years. I used to tell my friends about ICICI credit card reward points and it is benefits. Now, it is in work condition and the customer care service they provide is very very worst. I called up customer care more than 10 time times to move my reward points to my payback account (I am not able to redeem it through online). It has been happeinig for past 4 months but nothing has been done till now.(Request numbers are: SR[protected], SR[protected]…more but not noted it down) . I would suggest that nowadays ICICI credit cards customer care dept is providing worst service.
this imint transfer took place sometime in[protected] can any body inform me the date ??
