[Resolved]  ICICIcredit Card — Reward points transferred to Imint program

I forgot to mention one thing in my previous comments. I have been trying to contact Imint at there customer service numbers and they are always busy.

Also, the ICICI people will say that Imint don't have a toll free number of the local number(for hyd.) but in actual there is a hyd. local number to reach Imint customer care.

I want to know about my credit card

I have been using their card for last ten years and one fine mornin all i know is my points have been transffered to some imints without anykinda notice.

This was not exected from the big league organization like icici .I guess Mr.Kamath &n team are devising newer ways to cheat the customers.

On 18 March my points were transferred to imint. I called imint and they provided me my imint card number with prmise to provide me the same by 15 april 2008,
on 15 april the promised to provide by 15 May.
on 15 may the promised to provide by 1 june.
today they have promised to provide in next 21 days.
they really **** fraudy people.

i have written a mail asking quary regarding how to see my points in i mint.com with out going for 199 membership registration, but i got a reply taht they will revert back after 10 days, what is this service i have not asked reply through monkey or any animal so as to it has to walk or jump from that place to this to reach me.?

why should we register to i mint by paying 199 to view my account reward balance i dont understand.

ICICIcredit Card — Didnt recieve my credit card

Dear Sir/Madam

I got a call from ICICI credit card for lifetime free credit card I accept that offer and give all my document to their executive but till date I didnt recieve my credit card or my document back.

I have only call center number from where I receive call about ICICI but when I call back their for my documents they said that it is not their duty, the no is [protected].

Kindly hale me to get my documents back so that nobody misuse them.

Same thing happened to me as well. Irony is that they told me that they had sent the new card already, though I was not informed and never got it. And as confirmed by them, at customer care it was not sent in registered post. I was told that the preovious card is cancelled now and the new one will be sent by coiurier withing 5 days and that was 45 days ago. I called up last week to know for the status and forget about I getting the card, they were not even aware of the status. Ridiculous to extreme.
I should accept that I was pretty much satisfied with the ICICI's service before this mess started to happen with me. I have heard from some of my friends for the same problem as well.
All I can say is that I won't opt for a ICICI card ever again and nor would I recommend it to anyone.

my credit card no. is [protected], my date of birth is[protected], my land line phone is[protected]. i have not used even a reward point. suddenly all reward points are transferred to imint without giving me a chance . when i have contacted imint through e-mail there are helpless and given me phone no. at mumbai. those at mumbai have asked to contact you to get imint member number and then only they can be of any help. kindly help me out in this situation and see that all my reward points are given back to me along with imint member card. kindly pay immediate attention to this complaint.

What the [censored] are these ICICI bak are doing. First they transfered all my points to imint with out my notice and now they didnt dispatched my card..
Some one please help...

This is related to freezing my ICICI Salary account with out my permission. If they want me to go ahead and pay the credit card bill, i dnt think so its possible as they have put a lien in my account. I have cheques to be cleared and they have put a lien.

They are such fools, they want people to pay and with out my permission they are accessing my account which is a bad practice.

They just cant do that without any authorisarion.No body from ICICI bothered to cal before doing this

I, m using icici credit card customer.
Very difficult to find redeem reward points through website and i-mint customer care.

iMint is a brilliant idea but very badly executed. The rewards not even worth 1% of the money spent to accumulate required points. Read my complete review of this service here

i am rajkumar. i applied new ICICI credit card, card approved on june 26th 2008, courier no:19588401, my date of birth:[protected], the card came to my home through Express Deliveries on July 1st 2008 that time my door was locked so the courier returned . i asked the courier office but they said returnd to ICICI. plese resend my credit card.

yes, same thing happened with me too. My rewards points has been transfered to i-mint. After this i contacted i-mint many times but still didn't get my card.If i call to ICICI then thay say call i-mint...

I have a ICICI Bank gold Credit card my ph no is[protected] still i have not rec. any information from IMINT/ IMINT card. so pl do the needfull. rep. me asearly as possiable.
