ICICIcredit Card — BILLING STATEMENT DISPUTE

Dear Sir, Madam :

This is with reference to the Credit Card No.[protected].

Sub. : Transaction Dispute

I have received my credit card statement dated Aug 12, 2008 at my residence on September 2, 2008.

In which you have debited to me Late fee and taxes relevant to it, but one thing I want to make clear that the payment of last transaction towards your statement dated July 12, 2008 total amt due Rs.267.68 was already paid to you by HDFC Ch.No : 264012 dated 21/7/2008 of rs.268/- this cheque was dropped in your mulund (e), Tata colony ATM Center drop box on 22/7/2008, The credit of this cheque amt. was given on 2/8/2008 as per my HDFC bank statement (which I surprise to see it.)

In spite of having sufficient fund in my account Why it was delayed to credit you, where it was stuck-up, what it is the reason behind this I don't know. If you go through my past payment details towards purchases you fill find that not a single payment was made after due date. This is the first case happened in last couple of years.

I requested you to please wave-off the Last fee Amt. and send me the revised statement as confirmation.

ICICI Credit Card — Transfer of Reward points to imint account

I am holding ICICI credit card since last 6 months. All reward points earned on my card till date(over 2000) have been transferred to imint account without my permission or any intimation to me. ive neither been informed of my imint account nor have I recd the imint card till date. I therefore have no means of knowing the status of my earned reward points, nor can I get the pts redeemed. It is therefore requested that icicibank be directed to transfer all reward pts earned till date to my credit card account.

icici bank is deceiving its cardholders by transferring pts to imint a/c. I have accumulated over 2000 pts on credit card, but all pts transferred to imint a/c. I've no info of my imint a/c or card no and have not yet recd the imint card.
This shows complete apathy of icici bank towards its customers.

It is very very unfair transfering the reward points to imint without notifying the customer.

i was using icici credit card nd i purchased a moblie phone on EMI thru E-net, when i got 1st month credit card statment i wonderd "hw is it possible". i bought a moble phone cost Rs 5150 (aprx.) but bank sent me statment Rs21000(aprx.) along with the mobile statment, then i given a compalint in customer care, but really they dont know how to speak with customers and guide and help out tham, they just try to transfer the call to here department to over their. i my complaint several times but m not geting any proper responses from bank till now. when i again aproched in custmr care to help me out, one custmr care executive told that " dont worry sir u just pay ur mobile bill EMI and except transctions complaint i'll forward to consern department and they"ll get back next day and for ur quiry it will take 2 months.. but its been 8 months.. and bank is incrsing my bill with all the taxs nd late fee" .and now wht happnd, i did not pay of these transtions except my mobile bill(EMIs). then bank Dr my Rs10172 from my persnal a/c.. wht shud i do...tension is building steadly... *(help me out)** (get back me on [protected]@gmail.com)

I am using ICICI BANK Credit card since last 5 year and I had accumulate nearly 1600 points . Few months ago I found my points balance 0 my all points transfered to i-mint that too without getting my consent this is clear cheating . I called so many times on toll free number but got the negative reply . I am not at all satisfied with so called i-mint point . ICICI Bank will have to return my all my points to my account immediately . ICICI bank should teach a lesson from SBI cards that what a fantastic rewards points programme they have . I have nearly 1500 points in SBI card when I redeem them within 7 days I got my gift . I would like to invite the attention of ICICI bank officials that being pvt institution it is very hard to get the faith of people and this kind act done by ICICI bank credit card will definately lose the faith of public . Agian I request to ICICI bank to shut down this i-mint point and retrun the points to my account .

I completely Agree with all these complaints. I'm also calling imint for the past 4 months continuously. Everytime the support guys says that they will be sending the card in 15 days. They twice gave me a tracking number for the courier and it is the junkest service I've seen. I'm yet to receive the card.

pl. send me all the statements of my card from the beginning transactions were made.

My credit card no.[protected]. Pl. send statements from when the transactions were made.

I dont have to add anything more. All my points are said by my fellow customers.. My experience was this.. I called up ICICI customer care to know why my reward points are reducing each month.. They gave me the same reason..All my points have been transferred to imint and i have to call up customer care..I have given him an earfull for such irresponsible service..Without my consent who the heck told them to transfer my points and why in the holy heck should i contact imint for my userid..ICICI bank atleast should have the courtesy to send a mail to me telling me why all this is happening...All leads to just one thing "Poor services" @ ICICI bank's part.

ICICIcredit Card — showing balance in cibil after clearing it

This is for ur information that i had credit card no. [protected]. i wanted to close it and called icici people 3-4 times. they came but they made excuse that our senior will come and hewill do the needfull. but no body came after that. i personnaly visited the icici office in jalandhar and clear rs. 8000 on 22th may 2008.i request u to delete my name from the cibil which of course showing zero balance but still existing my name. i talked to icici people personnaly by goingto ur officebut none has helped me.so i wiil be highly thankfullni[censored] do this.

the same scenario happened with me..all the accumulated points in last three years has been transferred to imint.I tried to register through imint the site is not enough to complete the transaction.

all my reward points which i earned by using my icici credit card is transferred to imint and when i tried to redeem my earned points through imint site i am not able to do that bacause the transaction is always incomplete

Dear Friends,

I am lucky in this matter because all my 4800 icici points are with me. They have not transfered because my card is HPCL card. The points will not transfer from HPCL cards to imint. Lucky right!!!

ICICIcredit Card — Not Received

I apply in ICICI credit card. My application No. was w[protected]. But not received this credit card or not receive any message. so How reached I want know my credit card on this email ID. please early as possible as early. because I apply before six months or seven months

1. i have not received statement on my icici credit card no. [protected] for more than a year.
2. i deposited sbi cheque no. 075626 dated 7.10.2008 of amount of Rs. 2310 as i was alerted on my mobile of it, yet statement i saw on the net does not show my payment. why?
