[Resolved]  ICICIcredit Card — Reward points transferred to Imint program

I was shocked to check my last month's credit card says I've redeemed all my points! When contacted ICICI Call centre they are saying all the points have been transfered to imint...without any intimation to me! Its very dissapointing to see that a leading bank which claims to be customer-service oriented works in a such pathetic way. I feel this imint program is a pure waste and just another way to sqeeze money from the customers. I suggest ICICI Bank should withdraw this program and should continue with their own program of redeeming points.

R/sir,
My credit Card No.[protected]

I received SMS on my mobile no.[protected] on 24/01/2009 that on my credit card account Rs.4047.51 is debited and payment due on 28th of janu. 09
I object this amount seriously. Because i have not received any statement of credit card sience last three months. I also not purchase any things and not commitment to auto debit to any insurance Co. so what kind of money debit on my credit card? so please, canceled this amount on my account other wise I go to consumer protection court and I will not pay this type of illigle money

ICICIcredit Card — not receiving of crd but shows delivered

sir,
with com. ref no. [protected] they are show that they have delivered my icicibank credit card on 24-1-09 but its still not recived to me on 28-01-09. iam trying so many times to call the company but all are waist they dont picks the phone. so kindly send my packet as ealsy as possible.

I agree with the complaint. How can ICICI without the permission of its customers can transfer the reward points to its own business partner.
The best thing is that they did not even bother to inform us...i posted a query to ICICI inquiring about my points and then i got an answer from them ...about this change.

Also the services provided by imint is not good.
1. I did not receive anything from them either ( any mail, e mail, card, call) from them till the time I called to ask.
2. Registration on their site is a big problem...its takes 5 business days to get your mail ID updated in their records and till the time this is done you cannot register your account. ' WOW'
3. The reward options which we had with ICICI were much better than iMint.

I think the bank should look into it, if they care about their customers.

IT — Settelment and Closing Card

I have applied for full and final settelment with HSBC around 8-9 month ago and I have contacted with Keshav(He had taken 1800/- from me for settelment and given assurance for settelmeent and said like he will give me full and final settelment letter but finally he didn't give me) and Ajay (Ajay was boss of Keshav and he is working in collection department and he promised me to settelment and it's already 4-5 month over and still my settelment is not done .I tried making call mean to say Call center of HSBC, pune and collection mumbai department as well [protected] and they had given three collection department number but getting no response yet from that number. Currently Card has been closed from HSBC Bank as I updated information .It's my kindly request to you that please help me for full and final settelment

Bottom line is that, I don't want to any stupid agrument which i am facing so please help me and your help will be highly appriciated.
My Credit Card(Card number [protected]) amont was 3, 500 approx but due to lost of credit card applied for block the card and full and final settelment 8-9 months ago as i mentioned in my appended mail, Now outstanding amout is around 6, 500 and paid 1800/- to HSBC collection department (Name was keshev to whom i paid) and I have contact with so many contact person but still no outcome with any concrete step from collectiond department and stil it is not completed.


Please provide my help and your help will be gr8 help of me.

ICICI Credit Card — Redeeming Reward points

I have been trying to contact the call centre for assistance but am not able to get anyone on the line. This is frustrating as against the way Standard chartered Bank works. Queries are instantly answered.
I need someone from ICICI Bank Credit Card division call me on this issue.c
It is absolutely unjustified for ICICICARD to transfer points to Imint but then it is a free programm so it is the banks discreetion. I exercised my right and both me and my wife has stopped using ICICI cards :) I hold six more cards so no issues - icici lost a client not my loss. !!! Incidentally - among all cards SBI has the worst customer service.

Then i immediatly i send to the mentioned address. Till now i didn't get the card. Please let me know the status.

ICICIcredit Card — access denied

DEAR SIR/MADAM,
I depply sorry for enjoying such a filthy service from india’s largest and reputed private bank. I have a credit card # [protected] valid from 11/08.Once i had gone to airtel center to pay my bill, this card shows ACCESS DENIED.On calling to icici bank customer care I got to know that my card is blocked but executive was unable to give me any reason.He only said card is been blocked by bank.Later I called custemor care several time but the response was same, ”card is blocked by bank I have requested and card will be resumed in next 14 days”.Now it is more than 30 days nothing happened nor I been contacted by bank .My head gone down before several payment desks while attempting payment through this card.
Though I had no issues like payment dues with bank yet my card blocked without any intimation. This is clearly breach of consumers rights due to which I had faced apathy before payment of many items while using this card.Today itself customer care told me they have no update regarding my card and to wait for next 14 days.

NOTE
This is for your kind information if my card is not resumed within 04 working days I will definitely approach to consumer court for this harassment. Kindly do the needful to rectify my problems.

ICICIcredit Card — Account Fully Paid- ICICI

I have made full payment to my credit card account and i am still getting calls and statement that i have not paid.I had approached the Customer Service and given the proofs of payment been done in full and still they don't have an answer on my payment.

Its been 4 months and i don't have any answer from. I had sent about 18 mails to them regarding this issue and the only answer i get is, We are looking it to it..Now that has also stopped. The only calls i get it is from the collection department. Sir your payment is not done. Then i have explain to them the whole situation and they are gone for a month. Same thing happens every month.

What should i do to solve this problem...Pls Help
