[Resolved]  ICICIcredit Card — Want to surrender my Credit Card

this is jiten bhati from rajasthan. sir i am customer of icici credit card. in these days i feel i dont need any credit card services. so i want to surrendar it. so i want to know how to surrendar it and which policy followed by my self and what precocations keep for future.

i kindly request you to tell me the procession about it.

I am ICICI Bank Credit card holder for last five years and I always a good customer. I always paid dues before due dates and never had troubled before.
I issue started when ICICI BANK started charging Rs100.00 on Cash payment deposits. In my town(Ahmednagar) they didin't had Cheque payment fascility hence I had had to pay extra amount on every deposits.
Recently I moved to Pune & started paying either online or by cheque. For my FEB09 dues I paid total amount by cheque 5 days before due date, but ICICI Bank produced the cheque for payment after due date and now they are charging INTERST on those extra days.
After my heavy followup they waived late fee but INTERST portion still unattented

I am using other bank's credit card too but found ICICI is worst in customer service. I am fed up with their so called service and want to surrender the card. Not sure what is the procedure?

i"m a icici credit card holder, but due to some reasons, i just want to do settelment with the bank towards the pending dues..( 7000 /). so, please mail me the SETTELMENT procedure.. waiting your reply aggresivly...

This is Manohar .R, from mahalaskshmi layout, Bangalore. I got a credit card. But, i am not using that now a dyas. Once i had gave that credit card number to ICICI Lambord Medical Insurance. But i asked them to cancel that immediately. Now i Surrender that credit card. After 15days again i will receive the statement. before that statement generates i want to cancel that cards. please do this.

I Kindly request u to cancel my credit card.

AS per my knowledge ICICI Bank is on the organization, do not exhibit/inform address for correspondence, I have been trying to know the address of the branch (in the web/Hyderabad various retail branches) where I can surrender/cancel my credit card. But no information.

Following are the typical situations which irritates the customers:
1. No address/phone numbers (manual/cc. executive) on monthly bills
2. irregular bill postings
3. No clarity in billing procedure
4. Paid 960/-(as/bill) in the month of November, again and again receiving bills by adding late payment fine month after month.

Unfortunate to see such kind of poor clarity in operations.

At least let me know where should I surrender my card no. [protected], for which surrendered through ICICI web, claim No. SR[protected] dt. 20.02.2012 for which no response.
