[Resolved]  ICICIcredit Card — Credit card Statement - unable to view online

my card nos [protected],
[protected] now a days do not getting mobile sms, or e mail statements,
so please send me e statement, and what is the last date to pay...

I having 2 credit cards [protected], [protected], i do not getting e statement or mobile SMS,
So please sent me, i dont know when is the payment date...

Earler, online viewing credit card statement facility was there to access ICICI Bank credit card statement. Now, it is not working. Reason mentioned in website is that THE SITE IS UNDER MAINTENACE. How much time does it requires to restore it. It is almost 3-4 months since we last accessed statement online. It is also mentioned that above statement can be viewed by registering User ID. But, when we try to create USER ID, it is not accepting credit no. (only 12 digits can be entered ). When we try to contact them over phone ( TOLL FREE NO ), they disabled services. We do not expect such kind of services from reputed bank. RBI needs to look into these issues and impose penalties for not providing Min. Services like VIEWING CREDIT STATMENT, TOLL FREE NO ACCESS etc.

I am not receiving the credit card statement sufficiently advance of due dates, whenever the transaction is more the statement is sent just three days before the due date, Careless attitude of the officials, malafide intention to include finance charges, late payment fee in the ensuing credit card statements may also be the instruction or guidelines given unofficially, or non proper monitoring in sending the credit card statements through courier agencies or clandestine understanding with the courier agencies/postal authorities, by putting the blame on the courier agency. Kindly send the statement to my email address mentioned above.
KINDLY KEEP THE PRESTIGE OF YOUR BANK IN NOT INDLULGING THE NEFARIOUS PRACTICES MENTIONED ABOVE, IF NOT DONE, KINDLY MONITOR TO SEND THE CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS PROPERLY.

I vijayan my bike no is KA03EU8321 my bike loan is cleared long back but I didn't receive my NOC my bank last time also I complained regarding this but no step was taken

Please Find my Cerdit Card Number [protected]. I am not receving by cerdit card statment monthly so it is difficult to pay for it, if i go to icici website also i find very difficult to find out the Estatment of my cerdit card. So in further please send the Estatment to my personal email id [protected]@yahoo.com. What is the facility of SMS code for instant bill amount.
