YES MR. I AM ALSO FACING THE SAME PROBLEMS, I ERRONIOUSLY PURCHASED THE SAME MOBILE G4, I ALSO DID NOT GETTING MAIL, AND TOUCH SCREEN ALSO NOT PROPERLY WORKING. EVEN THOSE PEOPLE ARE NOT RESPONDING TILL DATE. GPRS NOT ACTIVATED TILL DATE AND AS YOU SAID THE TV IS ALSO NOT WORKING MY ORDER NO: OC2547318 DATED 02/03/2011... WE ARE CHEATED BY THIS TYPE OF AGENCY.
I REQUEST YOU PEOPLE NOT TO PURCHASE THESE TYPE OF MOBILE. PLEASE DEPEND ON ORIGINAL BRANDED MOBILES LIKE NOKIA, SAMSUNG ETC .PLEASEZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ... B VENKATA RAMANA

I have purchased your ICON G4 handset on 23rd Mar. But by the 30th Mar my handset is not working this handset is almost dead.
I had a word with customer care but still my problem is not resolved. My complaint no is 6770637_167.
This is my interaction with TVC.You guys says TRUST VALUE & CARE but my experience is NOT GOOD with TVC. I am not Happy with your services.My phone is not working from last 20 days.

I NEED CALL BACK FROM YOUR SIDE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE...

This phone is the worst experience and tvc is useless pathetic place...my phone icon g4 isnt wrking since 20 days frm now and its a huge thing...no response of complaints too...very dissapointing

TVC Skyshop support for ICON phone is very very poor.
Phone is also very bad. Voice not clear, memory is only 85 MB (not as published 1 GB, 512 MB). Internet browsing gets disconnected with error not enough memory.
Made several calls to the support. Sent many emails. No proper response.
My Rs.6500/- is a waste. Now I need to spend for another phone.

i am agree to above all matters, coz, TVC Skyshop is not a ethical company, they interested only in that to cheat people, by selling their cheapest mobile without any quality, and they never response to mobile buyer for their complaints.so never think or try to deal with TVC, for any product.coz, its not a good quality product

I have purchased icon g4 mobile 2 months before, my order no is OC2542667. I had a word with customer care but still my problem is not resolved. My complaint No is909285_167.

1)look wise it is so good but i am facing few problems in this handset.
2)touch screen is not smooth, some problems with bottom side LCD, i have to push very hard at this aria.
3)Internet browsing gets disconnected with error not enough memory.
4)IMEI ERROR (call not connect). My Rs. 6500/- is waste.I am not happy with your service.

I'VE PURCHASED ICONG4 AGAINST PO NO OC2573290 DT.03/03/11.FROM SAME DAY THE PHONE WAS NOT WARKING. SENT BACK TO SERVICE CENTRE AT MIRA RD. AFTER 15 DAYS I GOT THE PRODUCT BUT AGAIN TV IS WAS NOT WOKING, TOUCH SCREEN WAS NOT WORKING RPROPERLY. I'VE RETURNED BACK THE PRODUCT FOR REPLACEMENT ON 28/6/11 AS PER INSTRUCTION. TILL DATE I'VE NOT RECD THE PRODUCT. I THINK THIS TVC SKYSHOP IS CHEATING WITH THE CUTOMERS. CUSTOMER CARE NO MOST OF OF THE TIME TEMPORARILY DISCONNECTED. EVERY TIME THEY PROMISED WITHIN 7 TO 10 WORKING DAYS U'LL GET THE PRODUCT. TO SELL THE PRODUCT THEY TALK BIG. BUT FOR COMPLAINT THEY DON'T RESPOND AT ALL.. AFTER SPENDING Rs.6500/ I'VE NO PRODUCT IN MY HAND.DON'T TRUST TVC SKY SHOP AT ALL
