[Resolved]  IDBI Federal Life Insurance Company Limited — FORGED SIGNATURE ON DOCUMENTS AND WRONG INFORMATION PROVIDED

Dear Sir /Madam,

This is to bring to your notice that in September i have applied for a Insurance policy in my wife's name. All the process / documents were done as required by the executive / personnel of IDBI Bank / IDBI Federal Life Insurance. The cheque was cleared in September but till mid of October no documents were received by me.
Later when i raised the issue then the executives of Insurance company informed that Medical is pending. Which was done after 10 days.
And at the end of October i received the policy with the commencement date of October almost after 40-45 days ofclearance of Cheque.

Many more mail communications were followed and no one listened to my grievances. I also informed that the height of my wife is wrongly written and also that the signature on Proposal Amendment form was forged and on that the profession was written as Business.

After follow ups i raised the issue with IRDA, then the company came people stared responding and informed that they will written the total amount.

When i asked why the policy was issued and how can their executive do a forge signature of a customer.

They said it was mistakenly issued and now they need to cancel the same. When i asked for compensation they informed that not possible and later sent a cheque of Rs. 103 that too without signature.

Request you to look into the matter and help me in getting justice.
