Operator - IDEA Cellular Mobile no. [protected] Grievance: Deduction of Rs. 5 / day without any reason With a hope I have opted for MNP to Idea from Reliance, which I was using for last 2 years. But it seems my idea to get a better service is a BAD IDEA. Dear Sir/ Madam, A balanced of Rs. 5 has been deducted from my account on daily basis since 17/09/2011. To the best of my knowledge I have not registered for any VAS. I have contacted with the following CC executives on 198 and got the reply that they r not able to track the reason for deduction and my request has been forwarded and I will get the balance returned to my acct within 2 days. But all it vain , till date I have not recieved any amt. to my acct and the deduction of Rs. 5 continues. Name of the CC Executives with whom I have contacted 19/09/2011 - Mr. Pradip (Ref. no. [protected]) 21/09/2011 - Mr. Nikul (Ref. no. [protected]) 22/09/2011 - Mr. Nileshbhai (Ref. no. [protected]) 23/09/2011 - Mr. Jaypal (Ref. no. Idea Cellular — unauthorised schemes
HiThis is Judinho and my prepaid no is [protected], the service provider which is Idea cellular is forcing schemes on prepaid customers without authorization. this is not the first time such things are happening to me, may be once I did subscribe by mistake but then I complain it was stopped but now they have come out with some new schemes like love quotes, cricket scores, I had not even authorized or asked for these schemes, every time I loose my balance just b'cause of this schemes.
Could you help me in solving my problems?
