Hi

I am not receiving the Ebill to my mail id from the last 5 months. i called the customer care regarding the same. They registered the complaint more than 6 times but no use. The interesting facts about complaint registration are..

1. I didn't receive the Communication ids all the time.
2. i didn't receive the feedback message after the call as they said before starting the conversation.
3. Calls will be dropped in the middle by putting me in the Q.

Unfortunately or fortunately(my serious doubt) the bill amount will increase more and more by month by month from the time when i am not receiving the ebill.

sir, iam having group mobile of ten, we have not receiving the bills from oct-2009,i requested somany times to the company.but no one responded satisfactorily. i have made the payment to them on every month,afterthat they are not given me a single receipt for the same. they are not giving the bills and receipts and torturing me by the customer care and the agency-pioneer agencies-akola .every time when i complaint they giving the dates only,but no response,
