MY NUMBER IS [protected] SERVICE BARRED EVEN AFTER 1ST BILL IS PAID IN TIME. N DUE TO THIS PROBLEM ALL MY WORK IS SUFFERING.

Idea Cellular Ltd — Unnecessary Balance Deduction

Without uses of GPRS service, my balance is deduction five times per 5/- in a day. 17.02.2011 (5 times) 25/-, 18.02.2011 (5 times) 25/-

After complaint on 198 they did not take my complaint and said check at your end. But, I did not use GPRS for 4 days. today is 18.02.2011 and in morning my balance has been deducted five times per five rupees.

Idea Cellular — Great Idea of robbery

I am using idea connection for last 10 yr, i have opted for new billing plan from dec 2010, but unfortunately they are charging additional charges like SMS offer and Friends and Family pack charges in my last bill. When i called customer care they told me that i have to make separate request for changing my plan and additional features in my plan also.
This is just like robbery in day light

Idea Cellular — MNP - PORT out request from IDEA is being rejected without a valid reason

I am a user of IDEA Cellular's post paid services in Maharashtra and Goa circle since more than 5 years.
Due to poor network coverage and no actions on complaints regarding the same, I decided to PORT out of IDEA using the portability facility.

The new network operator tried submitting my application/request at least 2 times in last one month (with two different valid UPC) but it got rejected by IDEA cellular both the times and the reason given is - "... donor rejected the request due to The port code doesn't match..." I checked with the other operator as well as with IDEA customer care and found out that the UPC/PORT code was correct in the application and IDEA representatives asked me to get it re-submitted as there would have been some problem with there system. It happened again, IDEA rejected it second time because of the same reason. And IDEA people asked me to get it re-submit the third time.This process is going on since more than a month now and I am still stuck with IDEA.

This clearly shows that IDEA is more interested in harassing the customer who opted to PORT out of them because of poor network and service quality, rather than improving themselves and retaining customers.

Compliant id:[protected]closed by IDEA, I have just received a call from there technical dept and they assured something will be done soon, but what they did was - Closed the complaint). No action taken.

Requesting IDEA Cellular to stop rejecting PORT out requests and accept that customers want to move out of them because of the poor service provided by them.

My idea prepaid vetop-up number is [protected].
I am retailer of idea retail outlet shop.
My problem is unneccesary balance deduction in my prepaid card .
Please deactivate my all servise of related my balance deduction.

I called in c.care but I get different type of answer all exicutives.
I also go to idea shop in Gandhinagar and they also said you don't worry about this I have delete your GPRS setting for your problem of balance deduction.

Please deactivate my pk song download & wallpaper because of Rs.80 deducted by this servise. I don't know how to start this servise,
please deactivate this site.

Idea Cellular — not got recharge sms scheme

Dear Sir,
On 1st March 2011 i have recharged my account with Rs.84/- to activate SMS pack-84 in noon at 4 pm on [protected]
The customer care executive gave me conformation that i will get benefit of that sms pack within 3 hours.
but after 3 hours i didn't got the benefit i called again & again approximate 7 to 8 times on customer care numbers 12345,4444 & 198 but nobody gave me satisfactory answer that when will i get the benefit of that recharge all executives told me to wait more & more time.
still after 6 hours of recharge i haven't got the benefit of that sms pack.
today in the time of mobile portability none wants to get so much harrased.
and this is not the first timre that i m facing this problem.
So kindly look into the matter & resolve my complaint.

Idea Cellular — mnp delay

SIR,
This is KARTHIKANAND.C from a small town of kodumudi erode.I had an idea number ([protected]).I applied for porting from idea to vodafone Since there is no idea tower in my coverage area.I applied it on 28th febuarary 2011.I contact the vodafone showroom where i had applied. they told that idea make delay in porting and they put the process as idle.My UPC code expiry date is 15 th of march 2011.
The reply given by most of the idea customer service executives are very worst.They simply cut the call.I have called to nodal officer for many times. I want to know weather my MNP process will be processed or not.I had mailed to TRAI officers for the solution.

Dear Idea Team,
Its a unvaluable service & unsatisfaction of customer.
Yesterday i purchased a New postpaid connections & Mr Aditya Mob. No([protected]) from Idea had word with me. Yes, Yesterday his way of talking is great & i told him that i need one sepecific no which is [protected].& he agreed that we can provide this no.
So i submit the document with 250rs as a security money.
Now he is not picking up my call & morning someone told that sir this no we can not provide you.
Why all these thing is happening.
Please make a note that if you cant provide this no than why the hell he has promised to customer.
If you have like this customer than i think ths year IDEA is on TOP for receiving the complaint.

Idea Cellular — not activating the plan on time as per the commitment

i have been using idea net setter from so long and at 19th feb i have been recharged with Rs 599 .... cellular conforming by the idea cellular representative .... so he told that you will be getting 2 months o[censored]nlimited pack... but till yet that plan has been not yet activated n still he representative tell that wait 4 sumtime . they just tell me that only... n till now my bal always cuts ... so plz look in to the matter n give the fast reply ok... contact no- [protected] n the idea data card no- [protected]

Idea Cellular — demanding bill payment without showing call details

I took an idea mobile connection ([protected]) on December,2010 as I was told that as per the plan (Rs. 299) I can avail Rs.299 talk time with 40paisa/min in any mobile and additionally 740mins STD talk time. As per my calculation that is almost equals to 1400 minutes. I don't think I have spend so much in the month of December as I got the connection activated around 22nd of December. From the month January I am calling the customer care and asking for my call details for December but after repeated assurance I never got that which was very annoying, several executives called me up and I repeatedly requested them to send my call details at least in my mail-id. Every time they assured me for that but never send one. Now they are demanding Rs.599 as my overdue for December and threatening about legal proceedings.

Idea Cellular — Wrong charging for VAS

I have already activate the DND service but tele calling from company has not been stop . everyday they call me . they deduduct my balance daily by self activating the vas service and after giving complain the company did not give any response of wrong bal deduction.
