I have not subscribed idea music station facility.They themself started the facilty and debited Rs. 60/- for the of month October 08- November 08. I made call to customer care, they registered my complain no 74296825 on 7/11/2008, and informed me that debit is right. I again made a call to customer care, they registered request id 74440517 on 8/11/2008, and informed me that debit was worng and would credit Rs. 60/- to my account within 48 hour from 8/11/2008. They did not do same. I again made two camplain to the customer care of id 75464729 on 15/11/2008, and id 75808372 on 18/11/2008. i have never activated idea music station. pl credit the money debited so far. i have lodged a complaint with customer care earlier. in spite of earlier promise it has not been deactivated so far. again i received alert on 07 oct that subscription will be renewed in 03 days. pl it should not happen as i have never used this facilities
