[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Rude customer care representative

One day i activated idea gprs20 pack and after one day i dactivated it even than daily 20 Rs. deduct from my account. and i call to custamer care 30 to 40 time and finally they give me complain no 33048947. total 80 Rs deduct from my a/c and they refund me only 60 Rs. and now i call to custamer care so my call is not connect to custamer care. plz help me

The calls are recorded in the center for future referrence and not all the calls are heard by the manager. You can call the grievance cell number available in the website of your zone and talk to the concerned person and give him the time and date and the ticket number, when the customer care representative behaved rudly with you.

Its sick.. There is no option to reach the customer care representative if am calling from some other network. Say airtel/reliance.. If idea phone is not working how the hell can i call from Idea mobile.
Totally insensible arguments. I call [protected] and the representative whom i got after spending 10 min and exploring all options and sub-sub options. She speaks to me for 20 min and tells me it’s for prepaid when in beginning only i told her that the query is regarding a post paid connection and in the end she advices me to call up the same number ([protected]) for post paid connection. Its highly unprofessional This is totally discussing.. May be there are alternatives but no information.. how does one guess.. and the best part is if you goggle that the only number you get.. and on top no consistency diff messages in different circles.. Mumbai has something diff to offer then AP...

complete waste of time and inconvenience

Customer Care executive in idea cellular are very rude. I asked for refund of my activation fee as they have not enable the outgoing calls. I gave them my address. I gave the full address except the plot number was missing. They refused to entertain . They are very rude and show a lot of attitude . They refused to entertain.
