[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Sms problem and also problem with customer care | |
From Sunday there was a problem in my sms services. The sms are not going to Tata Indicom mobiles. From that day I was tryiing to call customer care of Idea but there was a continuous reply as All the executives are busy. I also wrote email to them but I didnt get any reply till. Idea — Message issue

I am Medha Mishra and my phone no. is [protected], I am using this no. for past 3.5 years, till date this no. is not updated under my name, no worries every time I submit the papers it’s not updated and, I have to listen to that bloody IVR when I make any call........but that's not your fault this is what your representative says, because you guys always say that we have not received the details, I started bearing with that.
I bought a new phone was not able to send the message lodge the complaint for the same, but after receiving 2 call back, and 6-7 time over the phone, my call was disconnected for 4 times still the concern is not resolved, I received a msg. from your Idea that my issue has been resolved, I tried sending the message then was failed......wrong information provided
Paying Abhishek Bachan and Kapil Dev would not help till the time you would not improve on your services.
This must be a normal complaint that you might go through daily but think from my prospective that I have been very loyal to the company using the same no. with so many hassles still writing a mail to tell you that this sucks.... this is really annoying that you guys are not helpful at all know one knows what to do......not a single person can resolve the issue.
Request from IDEA; Start paying your call center people handsome salary so that they are interested in working, not disconnecting the call or taking there for granted. Because if tomorrow you question them for the dissatisfaction of the customer , they will say that you do not pay us well and there is a lot of work to do…I have worked in such company’s so nothing is hidden.pay them more so that they are actury happy to work
I will change my no. soon so no worries from my end good bye!!!
