My Prepaid no for idea mobile is -[protected]. On 14th August, I was travelling from Pune to Indore.Since I had very little balance and I was travelling, I asked my friend in Pune to make a recharge of Rs 365.My friend got it done from a nearby dealer and I got the SMS as below : "Your account has been recharged successfully by Rs365.0.Your idea chit chat prepaid account balance is Rs 1.03" This means that the no balance was added.There is no assistance from Idea customer care as they say that I have to go to dealer.When I talk to other dealers, they say they can not help. today I recharged of Rs25 and I got it done through Internet
and I got the SMS as below :
"Your account has been recharged successfully by Rs25.0.Your idea chit chat prepaid account balance is Rs 0.64.Top up requested for Rs.25.0 and Talktime of Rs.8.9"

On 04.11.2008 I obtained a new prepaid Idea cellular (sim) No. [protected] and instantly recharged for Rs.100 (paying a total amount of Rs.450.00). Since then made only one call (local) to Airtel cellular No. [protected] for a duration of just 14 seconds. Surprisingly, the balance being now shown is Rs.90.43. One Mr. John from customer care said that the matter will be taken up and unfortunately till now (15.50 Hrs of 05.11.08) no action has been taken. Will the authorities concern take appropriate action to do the requisite and inform me?
