[Resolved]  Idea Cellular (Hyderabad) — deduction of balance amount without any reason

Iam using an Idea prepaid connection. During last month, Rs.30 has been deducted from my prepaid account without my knowledge. It happend again today. I had a balance of around Rs. 283 this morning. I made one call after that for 3 minutes. But again Rs. 30 has been deducted from my balance. When i contacted the customer service, (that too ater trying for nearly half an hour), they asked me to call again to get the information. This is really disgusting. The customer service is very poor..

Hi Sir,

I am customer to Idea since 5 yrs, and suddenly since last three months, i am getting a deduction of 30 Rs per month with reason as, my number has requested for Love Shayari, where as i never get all these stupid things activated for my number and for ur information i am the only user for my mobile there is no question of mishandling.
And since last two months i have been continiously informing them regarding the deactivation the stupid service Love Shayari.but i didnt found it happened till now .

I am already contacted with customer care in order to get clarification, but no one is answering.

So, finally my openion about idea is it's a [censored] business and even begger is better than idea bcz he will ask what he want.

I am the customer of Idea(No.[protected]) for the past 7 years. In the last month for the Love [protected]@ Rs.30/- deducted from my prepaid balance amount and also mentioned in the message that to deactivate asked me to send message. At once I had sent the message to deactivate but no use. The amount deducted is lost from my account and the same system continued that this month also the balance deducted and mentioned that the LOVE QUOTES SUBSCRIBTION RENEWED. In the age of more than 50 years who needs the love quotes? This is too much to test the patiency of one long period customer. You are hereby requested to deactivate the same and I do not require any type of activation like this. Also please credit the deducted amount of Rs.30/- (this month) & Rs.30/- of last month = Rs.60/-. I need your service to talk and sending messages only. Your earliest reply is expected in my mail Id [protected]@yahoo.co.in. If you unable to consider my request within a day or two I will not be no other way to proceed with...

Dear Idea Cellular Service,

When we call to customer care, your charging 50ps per 3 min. it is good.
But please charge when customer care executive speak with customer only.
When we make a call to customer care after selecting a number i.e. call to be transfer to our customer care executive, then your giving all advertisement news before receives this call by any executive, even your charging at this movement also.

Please do charge when customer care executive speaks to customer only.

This is the worst service provider i've evr used.my balance was 107 and within 24 hrs it was 11rs and i was shocked to see my balance deducted...when called to the customer care the reply was u have activated some which i never did...im fed up of idea cellular and planin to migrate...this is nt the only problem im facing...i've never faced such problems for the past 6yrs but sudenly yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy???????????

AND I NO THAT U PEOPLE WILL NEVER EVEN BOTHER TO RECTIFI THIS PROBLEM...BUT IN CASE I[censored] DO IT WOULD BE BETTER NOT ONLY FOR ME BT FOR EVRY1...

This is MALLESH and my number is [protected]. I change my network connection from Airtel to Idea. and valid document submitted at the time of changing the service provider. Then connection worked for 2 days. absolutely no problem for 2 days.
I got call from Idea office saying about new offer in postpaid package. then i asked them to changed connection prepaid to postpaid. They give postpaid connection without inquiry. and after 2days disconnected and i went patny branch office for inquiry i came to now that my connection is under hold . I met head office persons but they did not give correct response.

cellular services — no updates provided not responsive to call

I am Sajja Janardhana Ganesh Rao, with the referance advertisemsnt in the news paper i have applied to get a mobile network tower on my property in bangalore. i have made call as per reference advertisement in news paper to numbers:[protected] and [protected]. They have uided me to register in web site www.cellularservices.co.in as per i have registered with reg number: WSD3342369, after reg they asked me to pay a amount of 5400 on behalf of manager HIMANSHU AGGARWAL ACCOUNT NUMBER: [protected]. HDFC BANK NEFT/RTGS/IFSE HDFC0000313, nEW DELHI BRANCH. i have deposite the amount on 09/24/11. They have called me on 09/26/11 and asked to login and fill the details, as per i have filled the details and submitted the form. From then i am trying to know the status of application by calling them but they are least bothered to pickcall from my number, But when i made call from different number they picked the call still by listingn to my name they have disconnected the call and from then they are not picking call from the new number either. I have also tried to get the application status in the web by loging in it error's as "The resource cannot be found.
" during registation they have promised that with in 24 hrs of reg engg will vist the site if the location is not worth of installation mony will be retransferred to the my account back. But nothing was done and no response at all.... To trick them i have reg in the name of my wife with her number on 09/27/11 then they had call to her number to inform to pay a feee in bank account to process, after knowing that ist my number they have black listed even that number. PLZ any one let me know where can i place complaint on the company and get the money back....

yes it is very true customer care and services are not poor but its worst...without our knowledge balance is getting deducted 30rs for love tips without our knowledge, and for giving complaint customer care is not at all responding but amount is getting deducted for 50ps/min...its very very very worst

despite being complained several times the Idea cellular Limited haven't taken any steps to refund my money
please help me out
