documents submitted two times.
First at the time of purchase of simcard
Secondly when sim card is not working and givin message "TEMPERIORILY ARE ON HOLD"
Second time documents submitted on 7.9.2009.
Till today mobile not working.
Option 1 - activate sim card
Option 2 - Refund my money either by cheque what ever the balance or transfer that money to my another mobile - [protected]
