sir my no.is [protected].on 2nd june 2009 rupess 30 have been deduted from my mobile for voice chat, but i have never activated voice chat.for this i have complaint to vodafone care, they have given me a complain no.[protected].till now nothing have been done for this.

plz do something for this otherwise i will switch off from vodafone

hi im using idea prepaid connection, in idea website there is option to activate our dialer tone but it s not working from past 2 months if i call customers care number they tell its working im finding very difficult to change my caller tune and they have given wrong inforamation in thier web site really im fed up with this, hope ill get a solution for this?...
