i am using idea prepaid number [protected].i want to deactivate voice chat on my number.Rs 30 have been detected every month.I have talked with customer Care but do not got proper reply.so please give me the solution...

As mentioned in the subject, I want the above said service deactivated from from number immediately.

The same was activated without my knowledge and the process to deactivate is so complex that it cannot be carried out.

You send a SMS that the service would be reactivated automatically and when one tries to send sms to 155223, it asks for service name which is not mentioned in the reply. One cannot make out which keyword relates to voice chat.

Your company is fleecing people. If you do not stop this immediately the same will be sent to consumer court.

By showing good advertisements the service does not become good. You are cheaters who should be brought to books.

The IDEA is that you deactivate the service or I'll change your life.

Hi, I did an online recharge on the Idea's website of Rs.100 on my no, [protected] The balance was deducted from my bank account but I didn't recieve it on my phone. Either refund the amount of recharge my phone.
