Idea Cellular Ltd — SIM BLOCKED

My cell number [protected]. I am a MHRD scientist, and gave proper documents to my retailer
about my details. My documents included a letter issued by my institute countersigned by our
Registrar. It seemed like TRAI do not understand (or do not have enough brain to!) the gravity of
the document submitted. As a result this is the third time my sim is blocked in a year.

Hope that IDEA would have some more well educated employees.
