I am the idea subscriber of Pune (MH), getting unnecessary calls and SMSs from idea cellular daily to activate dailer tunes or for some other new plans with idea. It is really troublesome, while a person is working/busy. Kindly see that these things will not happen in future. My Cell No: [protected].

idea postpaid cellular service — incoming problems

mobile no [protected] having problem in incoming calls. if we dial for the no. the party gets the message that routes are busy, out of coverage area. kindly solve the problem of incoming calls at the earliest.

IDEA CELLULAR - PREPAID - INCOMING CALLS NOT GETTING — Not getting incoming calls

I have been using IDEA sim card ( prepaid) since 4 years

Presently my balance amount is Rs. 25/ and expiry 10/08/2012

For cell-number sake only I am continuing this service even now-a-days so many splecial offers are being given by other mobile service providers.

When contacted CUSTOMER SERVICE they informed that they have not received documents so they blocked incoming.. how is it possible without receiving documents, they have provided services last 4 years?

I have submitted my documents when I hv taken connection..

Kindly do needful to restore services

Kindly help me as I am receiving unwanted sms & calls on my idea preapaid sim no-[protected], this is really very hactik as the Sms messages as well as calls used to come in afternoon timing.
