Idea Cellular — providing service without my knowledge

About six months back Idea Cellular installed a ring tone without m knowledge and aproval.They started dedudcting Rs 30/ permonth even after great pertuation they not removed this ring tone.Today I got a message from Idea that activated Shanaz Hair Care. I neverreqested for this service nor I want it.When I contated their Custermer Care they Nothing can be done about it.

Idea prepaid connection — to deduct balance without any base

my balance is deducted without any base and not giving me any satisfaction. No body in staff can tell me for what they deduct my balance.

I am having cellular facility bearing # [protected] since long which recently got parepaid since I become fed up with the post paid facility.
Now, it has been observed that my cell is not having outgoing as well as incoming facilities and unauthorited deducitons are being made.
Please check the record and let me know the status of the complaint.

I am haing cell having pre-paid mobile facility bearing # [protected] and the amount are being deducted many a times.
Today, I lost my cell and made a number of efforts over [protected] to inform lost of cell with SIM but to my dismay I could not be able to coneect to customer care and result into this commulnication.
Please withdraw outgoing facility immeidately and shall contact your good self in due course.

Idea Cellular — deduction of money from prepaid without my knowledge

Dear Sir/Madam, I am a subscriber of Idea cellular. My mobile no. is [protected]. I have a postpaid sim. Recently it has come to my notice that idea has deducted Rs.299 from my account without my knowledge. When I enquired at your customer care centre, I was told that the amount was deducted under a scheme where I will be charged 50 paise for my outgoing calls .I have time and again told your representatives that I am not interested in any of your schemes. In spite of that money was deducted from my account. Kindly refund the money to my account immediately . Otherwise I will be forced to take legal action .

they have send a msg as i opned gprs is opned and my balance is dedcted 55rs and when i call on coustumer care they started saying tht u have downloded wallpaper . But no wallpaper was downloaded while i didnt got any save option .
this is done so many times nt 1ce i have lost 500 to 600 rs in idea

You are also requested to refund the aforesaid amount alonghwith Rs. 19 which have been deducted for STV charges at the earliest & discountinue hidden tarrif Rs. 19 STV.

This is injustic to customers & you are promoting by sending such SMS. Please don't send such SMS without full details, hidden area must be disclose prior to give your product to customer.

Idea Cellular — Without ring call is connected

Sir i am user of idea since 2 years
now a days when i call to any vodafone custumer then there is no ring will ring but call is connected and
my balance is also dected.

SIR, I RECHARGE MY ACCOUNT ON 29SEP.09 OF AMOUNT 25RS AND DO ONLY ONE CALL FOR 1MINUTE AND WHEN I SEE MY BALANCE IT WAS ONLY 1.34RS I IMMEDIATELY CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE, THEN HE TOLD ME THAT I HAVE ACTIVATE ''ENGLISH GURU" BY DIALLING *999*8#.SIR I TOLD HIM THAT I DO NOT ACTIVATE ANY THING, BUT THEY TAKE MY CALL ON HOLD.AND AFTER THAT THEY CUT MY CALL.

I am having Pre-paid Idea Cell Phone No. [protected] at Delhi. I am much surprised that the IDEA Cellular Ltd. has been duducting Rs. 30.00 (Rupees thirty only) per month for IZ - 55456 Shahnaz Hussain Hair Care Tips without my concent or agreement. The Companies Help Lines 4444, [protected] do not have any option to stop such unwarranted and fraudulent deductions from the account / subscription / recharge money of the customer. Such a practice of the Company may plese be stopped and the amount, so deducted be credited my account.

This must be done within 15 (Fifteen) days failing which I shall be contraint to take appropriate action at the Risk and Cost of the Company (IDEA Cellular Ltd.)

Idea — losing money without connecting phone

i lost money many times while miscalling to china frm idea sim card,but ddnt get the calls in china not he done any divert set up in his mobil,4 times they refund me back,5 times not in that 2 times call summary take more than 5 sec,in their option no refund if time more than 5 sec,but in my last cal it tak only 1 sec but they r not ready to refund me back,so i m too worry now i ddnt miscal frm my cell.all its cheating me,i asked them if there is any prblm 4 china connection they replied not at all.How wil believe this how can i misscal.mine no [protected]

My name is Neelam and this Connnection taken on my husband name Deepak. and idea customer has deduct my balance unchargable agains the GPRS Services that is I have been deactivate. after eleven days i call to idea customer care many times but customer care services is very poor show he has not support to me for deactivate service. now i am disturb from customer care. It is very wrong that idea customer care service is not good for idea customer

customer care executives are rude, non-cooperative and hostile attitude towards customers.
