Hellow sir, You are providing us cellular service, is very good. But your network strength is very poor. I am being a customer, mob no-[protected], facing enormous amount of problems. As the network strength is very poor, can not make or receive calls. I have already complained against it to customer care repeatedly but without any effect.Therefore sir please consider my problem seriously and resolve it as soon as possible.

sir my name is Vivek Gautam & customer of idea GSM no.[protected] from the last week Sim registration failure massage has appeared on the mobile screen but after few minute it work properly .every day this problem interface with me.day before tomorrow (Sunday) evening i have recharged this number with Rs150. & an SMS pack of 45 .today morning at 6:30am same massage is appeared on mobile screen but today problem is continue.kindly give a solution of this problem so that i enjoy my service.
