[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Internet service

sir,
I am recharged my idea cell phone connection with 97 internet package. My mobile number is [protected]. I am continuously recharged last 6-7 months with this package. They are provide 69MB daily internet browsing with 30 days in those days(almost 2070 MB usage). Today 23/09/2011, I am also recharged the same package with flex recharge method. then they send a confirmation and package activated message about the recharge. after the first usage, I have a message 'You have 1024.06MB browsing balance'. on the shop the are published a advertisement with recharge 97 have 2GB browsing. Then I called the Idea Customer care, and discussed with the problem. They are not officially declared this, its on testing. then I am requested to change my plan to earliest package. they are rejected my request and drop my call

I am recharge 97 with my knowledge and the advertisement on the shop. but the are provide the useless and uninformed package to me. I don't know what should i do. please help me

Idea Cellular — Uninformed activation of Service on mobile

Hai,

My name is Seema Devi. I am subscriber of Idea Cellular.This is second time the service providers are activating Unnecessary schemes on my phone and cutting money from my account .Then I called their call center number, but the employees always try to avoid it by saying that their system is not working, call after 4 hours.When I called them they again say call after 4 hours.Usually they takes 7-8 days to deactivate the service and in this way my whole balance reduces to NIL.
This happens everytime I Recharge my phone .

The service providers are be-fooling customers like me by forcefully activating their useless services.

Idea Cellular — confirm.message for internet browsing not sent

I am Somenath Mukherjee. My moblie No is [protected]. I e-recharged Rs.98/- for internet browsing and also Rs.35/- top-up dated on[protected] around 9.30A.M. After recharge message came on my mobile "Your Rs 98 recharge is successfull and same for Rs.35". Before recharge my balance was Rs.10.58/- after recharge my top-up balance is (10.58+35)=Rs.45.58. After 12 hours one message came on my mobile " confirmation message will given when plan is activate" But this is not sent to me. After 2 day I try to use internet but failure,and also deducted Rs.45.29 from my main balance .
Then I contact customer care many times,SR No-1-[protected],SR No-1-[protected] and SR No-1-[protected]. I also contact Nodal officer and Appellate officer but my porblem is not solved.
Please do something for this.
