[Resolved] Idea Cellular Services — Unlawful deductions charged by Idea mobile service provider | |
Respected Sir, I am custumor of Idea Prepaid mobile service in Rajasthan having number [protected] from Bharatpur District. My name is Neeraj Kumar Indoliya. I would like to bring it to your kind notice that yestarday Idea mobile service provider deducted the amount of two calls instead of one. ln this matter I have to suffer double charge of Call. According to my mobile, I was connected only for 59 seconds but the idea mobile service provider deducted the amount of two calls saying the duration was 1.01 minutes. How is it possible when someone taling for 59 seconds showing by his mobile is equal to 1.01 minutes. I have talked to the cutumor service associate in this regard but he was unalble to refund the same saying that the duration was 1.01 minute is right and my mobile is showing wrong information. In this regard, I would also like to inform you that they are deducting the next call charge just completing the 59 seconds. when any custumor is not talking for the second call time why are they deducting the charge for second call? In the continuation of my complaint one more thing is also considerable that a week ago I was provided a service of SMS for Rs.35 without my consent. after complaint they refund the same. many of phonecalls and messages I received without my consent and they wother me a lot. Please do the needful. This is not the matter of I Rs. Please think over If company is deducting the charges by following this mathod with all custumor, than how much money is company getting unlawful per day. SIR, I WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT BOTH SERVICES HAVE BEEN INSTALLED BY U DELIBERATELY, FOR WHICH I HAD NEVER SAID TO U TO PROVIDE ME THE SAME.
SIR, IT IS ALSO ADDED THAT ON 15TH FEBRUARY, 2 COMPLAINTS WERE GOT NOTICED TO URS STAFF BUT THE MATTER IS STILL PENDING.
SIR, BEFORE TAKING ANY LEGAL ACTION, I WANT TO REQUEST U TO KINDLY HELP ME TO AVOID ANY HARASSMENT, AND AVOID FINANCIAL HARDSHIP.

I am an Idea Customer with mobile no.[protected] from hyderabad. I am NOT SATISFIED BY CUSTOMER SERVICE provided. My Compliants are as Follows:-
1) I want to inform you that idea cellular has activated a DAAL MEIN KALLA WEEKLY without my Knowledge on date 19-03-09 & without informing me they have deducted some amount from my balance & when enquired on 12345 on date 19-03-09 Mr.Srinivas said that updates are not done for my number & said to call on 20-03-09 & when called the executive who recieved my call has de-activated it but without refunding the deducted amount. They are not ready to accept my complian & arguing that i have only activated it.
AND also
2) I have downloaded two ringtones one in January & the other in February but i was charged of four ringtones but when talked to idea executing the person is arguing that i have sent two messages in each month for ringtones. but i have not sent it. the person is not ready to accept my complain & was disconnecting my call.
PLEASE LOOK IN TO THE MATTER & refund me my 24 rupees which were deducted in total above given two COMPLAINTS without my knowledge.

me idea prepared (lifetime) ka ek regular custmer hu mera number hai [protected] iske sath mera ek aur number hai [protected] (lifetime) jo ki handseat kharab hone ki vajah se kuchh samay se upyog me nahi aaparaha tha, jo ki aapke idea custmer care dwara band kar diya gaya hai. iske liye maine aapke local (indore) me idea care office me sampark kiya to unhone bataya ki ukt number upyog me nahi karne ki vajaha se band kar diya gaya, jise phir se chalu karane ke liye phir se id proof & photo dene honge, jo ki mere dwara dt.13.02.2010 ko de diye gaye, kintu abhi tak ukt idea prepared [protected] chalu nahi kiya gaya hai.ise jald se jald chalu kiya jaye. anyatha iski shikayat mere dwara consumer fouram me karna hogi avam me mere paas anya sabhi idea prepared band kar ke anya company ka prepared mobile leloonga. me idea prepared mobile service se santusht nahi hu.

Dear Sir,Please deactivate the service due to which the Rs.20 is get deducted from the main balance of Mobile number:[protected].
after getting Rs. 20 deducted from the main balance user receive the message that your subscription has been renewed. to deactivate your subscription please visit:

we have visited the above mentioned web address then site take us to this complain box.
Rs.20 is being deducted for every 15 days without our confirmation. this is radiculous.
hence request you to deactivate the subscription for the mobile number: [protected]. otherwise we need to disconnect the connection. please take this is on high priority.

From a past one week i have been observing that there is no
proper signal in my area, most of my imp calls in the middle
due to network problem.even i have changed my mobile
but still the problem prevails.
this is not a problem of my own but of all the idea customers of this area.
