[Resolved] Idea Dialer Tone Service — ONLINE COMPLAINTS

hi! i am a idea mobile connection subscriber. my dialer tone was activated without my permission on 16 dec 2008. i tried deactivating by sending a message "DT DEACT" to 55456 as mentioned by customer care but it did not get deactivated. i registered a complaint regarding it to customer care (complaint no.[protected] for which i was given time for two days for deactivation. but it was not deactivated as i ea told. now i tried deactivating it by calling[protected] but it did not get deactivated. i registered a complaint again on 27 dec 2008 regarding and i was told that it will be deactivated on 30th evening but it did not get deactivated again and i was charged the rent for this service. so please help me and make idea celluler refund my charged. . thanks and regards: tarun [protected] Was this information helpful?
