Idea Netsetter — speed very very slow

i was in search of broadband when i came across Idea netsetter!!! 236.8 kbps is the speed that is promised by Idea. RUBBISH!!! This is one of the worst internet connections the actual speed is less than 10kb/s which is really of no use as you cant even open the sites with this speed .
so i request you to do something regarding this ...

As I think anyone can make fraud in India, coz. we are the people with great culture of tolerance. If you are not able to fight with such kind of MNCs but you can do one thing that is jst send one mail to warn your friends and all people who are going to opt Idea Net setter and second try to se nd bulk message to indian consumer forum against (Aaditya Birla Group)- for performing fraud on general public of India.

you get high speed download of 2kbps.
you need to wait for 2 mins to open a single webpage.
Surely you will hit your laptop on the floor or hit your head against wall after using this High speed Internet.

it's really dam slow it is offering 53kbps.

Hey guys...Idea net setter is a GPRS-based offering...it cannot offer anywhere near 100 Kbps instead of its tall claims...I browsed through its website...If the area of coverage u r in is an EDGE compatible area, then ur speeds might go up to somewhere around 115 kbps...bu that's it...there is no more coming in speed after that...so i don't think it is a worthwhile investment(BSNL 512 kbps DSL connection with unlimited download offer is much more reliable and takes around Rs.1000 !! )

I have purchace an Idea high speed internet connection i.e. net setter high speed EDGE/GPRS Mobile internet wireless data speedup to 236.8kbps in the last month. But I am getting only 5 to 8 kbps internet speed. I have talk to the customer care regarding this problem, but they are unable to solve it.
As the speed is very low, it took lot of time to just open the site. Also cannot download big size files.
Please suggest what to do?

The idea behind these providers is they never stick to their commitments, instead bring up great ads with great actors. The actors are also to be blamed who act. as far i know TRAI the providers should ensure that customers should get atleast 80% of the commited speed. inspite of this we dont know where to appeal.
