[Resolved] Idea Netsetter 3g — Internet Issues

I am on a post paid 3G Netsetter connection with 10GB dataplan a month. My netsetter number is [protected](can't contact me at this number since it's connected to my Netseeter) and my phone number to contact is [protected]. I keep getting the message below and it drops to crawling speed right after this message is sent to me. I have only used about 2.5Gb/10Gb and this keeps happening. I've tried to contact support and all they do is some gibberish and I am tired of going back to them. NONE of the support staff knows how to resolve this issue. All they keep telling me is to do some settings changes and that someone senior will contact me which never happens. Their turnaround time is one of the worst I have seen.

can u tll me why idea netsetter disconects automaticaly

i also do not understand why error 619 appear when i am try to connect with net setter

Thanks for the prompt response! I've spent about 4 hours on the phone with Idea support and I keep getting transferred and it's happened several times with me. I said that same thing I said above and they never understand what the issue is. However, I am really happy that it's now been resolved and would definitely continue using Idea. I have 3 phones under my name and issues like this really bothers me.
Idea support needs to upgrade it's support system with more knowledgeable individuals who can really troubleshoot issues and resolve it. I know most of them come to your with something really stupid, but for someone who knows about networks and computers they should transfer directly to senior level staff for better turnaround time.

Thank you for your response and prompt action in this matter though.
