I have purchased idea netsetter and its giving me very low speeds of 2-5 kbps whereas idea promises 233 kbps. The net speed is very slow, I can't even open my gmail account with it.

I, Ambadasu Bharatha purchased idea Netsetter on[protected], price is Rs.2200+491 for one month unlimited data download, the Netsetter number is [protected], I enquired customer care many times regarding its speed before purchasing the devise they told me more than 200 Kbps, after I purchase its speed is only 2-3Kbps it is far less than their commitment, then I complained to customer care regarding this issue, they told me that issue will be resolved by 5 hrs but it was not happened, I am not able to do my work with that speed. I request Idea to take back the device and return my money because I dont want to continue to use this device.
