it gives only 8 to10 kbps downloading speed but official said that it will give 80 to 90kbps.

i was recently buy a idea netsetter from my nearest idea showroom at the time of purchase they promise me about the speed of net setter with upto 236 kbps speed but most of the times it doesnt reach more than 150 kbps . actually the main problem is the custermar care persons are not giving the exat reason to that particular problem and they are misguide me also . if i need to taklk with them when my net setter is not properly working after iam doing some installations or like that what they suggest me they are not available to me this very bad and rediculas my friends who use the nrtsetter are also face the same problem ten what i do for this i need solution please ..................

I purchase Idea net setter 2 month ago having unlimited plan But it is not working properly in my area. I am living in Khandwa (MP). I the middle of the city its speed is so good but at my home it not have a constant speed, It effect my work.I am very tense because of these. I also complaint various time in local Idea office or many time complaint at Indore but no service provide through themselfs. They all just avoid my calls. Please help me sir, I am mentally very tense.

Idea Netsetter — paid for safe coustody but billed for two months and after

i used ideanetsetter for 6 months and on 10th july paid my usage bill and gave an application for safe cousdoy for period of 6 months which i was charged 50 RS per month and paid 300RS the boy named lucky said i will recieve and SMS as recipt as i went out of station when came back for few days i got a call and pending bill when i approached them gallery they said we have put up your case and will be solved now lucky was not their he was transfered after 1 month when i was back for few days and approched them some new boy was there he says we dont know anything NOW i get a call to settle my bill which is 1900RS . as a good coustomer i have paid 300RS for safe leeping and did not want to default but the company wants to harres a good coustomer and wants to make him a defaulter,

I have idea net setter for post paid unlimited download tariff. Even paying of bill properly without knowing they are disconnecting the service. Last month I used 2days net service. somany times we approach to shop. but there is no proper responce. Can I convert my idea net setter to any year plan...? in idea service or in other company...?

dear mohd ahmed after unlocking you can use any other gsm sim, and other providers are charging very lower than idea. aircel is charging only Rs.97 for unlimited and idea is charging Rs.600..
