Jun 26, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved First when I logged a complaint with Consumer Complaints website, I received a reply to the complaint from Idea Customer Care for details.
Then I shared details of the Pre-Paid number.
After 4-5 working days Idea Customer Care person called and said that your queries have been resolved and my number started working. | |

Dear Sir,
Why idea people taking too much of processing period to take active the sim car ofter received all valid document..I had purchased 3 days before site not yet active..
Now while typing complaint..I got activeted...Thanks idea team.

I had purchased a new sim card (Mob. no. [protected]) of Idea on 1st Feb'16 and submitted my all documents, but now 2nd feb'16, 17:00 Hrs but still my sim is still not activated. I spoke to the person who I had submitted my documents, he said, there is server problem in Idea, and that's why I should activated by 2nd Feb, 15:00 Hrs. After I spoke to the customer care number, he replied that my documents are not validated yet and he also didn't know till what time, it will be done.
I am very much disappointed with the service by Idea.
I would only say, kindly take necessary action.
